Some of the reviews skew negative about it being a local's joint. Yes, definitely, but that's the beauty! So what if it's the same half-dozen lushes on the far side of the bar? Everyone is sweet as peas! Solid bar food - the fish sandwich and yummy greasy homemade potato chips stand out. The beer is cold, the TVs are... More

This is a Pub that has a European flair and serves things like Shepards Pie, Fish and Chips and an extensive beer inventory. Our wait staff was second to none we encountered two weeks in to our month long odyssey. The food was good and the portions ample. They also have outdoor dining as well.

We've been here at least four times. I especially like in the warmer weather eating out in the side yard. We've been here when there's a waiting line which isn't too long; when there's been a farewell party for a bartender; when it was relatively quiet. Good Irish Stew. Portions are more than adequate. Wait staff are on top of... More

Stopped in for some grub and brewskies. The wait staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome. We shared a very delicious roast beef sandwich on special bread and some zippy chicken tenders. Beer was cold and the atmosphere was lively with locals laughing it up. This would be a regular watering hole if I lived nearby.

Driving through Silverthorne at lunch time we came across Murphy's and decided to stop. We typically enjoy local establishments to the chain places but this was a spectacular find. The atmosphere was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Guinness was of course available as were a good selection of beers. We had a variety of dishes between the 4 of... More

Interesting place. Got very noisy after 6:30, but the food was delicious. One waitress for the entire place, so she was running around like mad, but she did her best. I would eat there again.

This is one of many Irish bars to be found across Colorado, but it has been here a long time and has its regular clients at the bar every night. The menu includes many traditional Irish dishes, except they are presented American style so might not be recognised in Ireland. For instance, the Irish Shepherds Pie is topped with potatoes... I've driven by Murphy's dozens of times but never at the right time...until last week. We had dinner - Irish Stew in a bread bowl for me and Bangers and Mash for my friend. Both were very good and in large portions. The server was very friendly and quick to take our orders. She regularly stopped by to check on... More

I walked in the first evening after checking into a motel a block away and I had a choice of seating depending on which sports station I was wanting to view. I order the Buffalo Wings and was very satisfied with the quality and quantity. Several people walked by asking if everything was good. Fast and friendly service.

This is a little hole in the wall kind of place. I had the "Bangers and Mash" special. I've never had the dish before, so I don't have a comparison, but it was a very filling and tasty plate of sausages, mashed potatoes and a mountain of veggies. Other folks in the party had no complaints with their meals. The... More
