My family had a wonderful meal/night at Sauce on the Blue. Food, Service, Atmosphere are all top notch. My husband and I shared the Family Style Fettucini Alfredo with Scallops. It was delicious. It was raining, so we didn’t sit on the patio, but it...looked very nice. Nice view of the Blue River from the back windows. Best meal of our vacationMore

Thanks for joining us for dinner! Come back and enjoy a meal on our patio, it's a beautiful time of year for that!

My family had a wonderful meal. Wine selection was more than adequate, we enjoyed a fantastic appetizer and all 3 of the pasta entrees were just outstanding. Service was attentive and prompt, even on her first night solo - well-done!

Portions were huge but, alas, flavor was not. The appetizer artichoke hearts (17$) were described as "lightly breaded" but, in reality, they had a thick crust that was totally inappropriate for a vegetable with delicate flavor. All I tasted was the crust. The "Ravioli of...the day" (35$) was artichoke and asparagus with a tomato sauce and shrimp. The ravioli itself had no flavor and the sauce was more like a congealed tomato bisque soup. 4 small shrimp. The accompanying brussels sprouts were at once dry and greasy - apparently they deep fry, rather than roast, them. Only had a visual on other entrees but they all looked comparable - ridiculously large portions but smothered in tomato sauce and cheese. Really cool interior, though.More

Hello, It's too bad that you seemed to get stuck in a corner of our menu and didn't have an opportunity to explore the wider array of choices that we offer. If you're after a lighter dish, any of our salads will serve you well....More

This is the best restaurant! I wish so badly that they had a branch in Denver, I'd go all the time. The food is so delicious, the service by Emily was outstanding. We ordered the spicy shrimp pasta, salad, clam chowder and mushroom pizza. Everything...was more delicious than the item before. This is our third time to visit and each time has been absolutely wonderful.More

This restaurant came into existence because of the need for fine dining, or just really great pizza, before the theatre… Lake Dillon (professional live) Theatre… which is almost next door. It never disappoints. Personally I get cravings for the eggplant tower, but others feel just...as strongly about the truffle mushroom pizza topped with arugula. Meanwhile there are lots of other delicious things to try. Prices are reasonable, so you CAN show up just because you’re hungry. On a nice day (anything over 40 degrees with sunshine) the patio by the river beckons. It’s truly one of our favorite spots!More

Pizza was good, excellent salads and bolognese pasta excellent...and portions more than adequate for two hungry skiers. Service was very pleasant. Wine...list very good and reasonable....Decoy cab for $8/glass.More

We hadn't seen the reviews and picked this place at random since it's close to our condo in Dillon. All I can say is wow. Excellent food. Large portions. Prices much better than a place we visited in Vail. It was so good we are...going back. Being in Silverthorne it's convenient to that town and Dillon and, to a lesser extent, Frisco. I'd encourage those in Breck to try it too even though it's a bit of a drive.More

Prompt friendly service. We shared a pizza and it tasted very fresh. Would definitely return to try different menu items. We got lucky without a reservation, however, they were pretty busy for a Friday night.

Ordered the Brooklyn pizza and portabello sandwich. Pizza was not even what the menu described, was so loaded with pickled peppers it was hard too eat to eat, had to pick them off. Sandwich was excellent. Sad to say the pizza ruined the experience.

I'm bummed that you didn't enjoy your pizza more, we don't get too many complaints about the amount of peppers on our pizza's, but we'll keep an eye on that!

My last review was five years ago and it hasn't changed, except this time I was there in winter so no outdoor seating (thanks anyway!). They have a great wine-by-the-glass list and it's really inexpensive. I love drinking Italian reds and not paying a lot....The happy hour specials are excellent, both food and drink. I love the cocktail list as well, try the one with Ancho Chile liquor, it's really good.More

Came here after a long hike. It was well after lunch hours. It’s situated right by the Blue River. You can sit outside and enjoy the river view. Maybe because I still had my dirty hiking outfit on, I didn’t get a warm look from...the staff. But they were cordial. The service was good. We ordered soup, mussels and ravioli. I expected the food like what I knew and had before. But they surprised me with its unique sauce and plating. I absolutely love the basil pesto cream for the sautéed mussels. It was amazing. I’d love to try other entrees next time I’m in town.More

This a pretty place along the Blue River. There is inside and outside seating. For inside you need to make a reservation for outside it is a first come first serve. We arrived with no reservation but outside seating was just fine with us. We...were seated immediately. We ordered an appetizer and a main course. The appetizer did not come until a few moments before the main course. This resulted was something being cold when it was time to eat. As both of us had fish, eating cold fish was not ideal so the appetizer had to wait. By the time we finished our fish we were not interested in eating cold appetizer. Our fish was very good but for the price we paid the service should have been better.More

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay in your service. That's not our usual practice and it doesn't help when you're seated outside! Hopefully you'll give us another chance to make it right.

We came one for dinner and once for Happy Hour. Couldn't have been happier with both experiences. The calamari is delicious as was the lobster ravioli. The cocktails are over priced but good. We ordered a pizza at happy hour along with artichoke fritti and...shrimp scampi. It was enough for 4 of us to eat and not want dinner! The house wine is very good and $5 a glass at happy hour. Wonderful location especially if you can get a table at the riverside. Most of the outdoor seating is lovely and socially distanced.More
