Another good visit to Amica's. Perfect pizza. Only complaint is the noise. It appears they are moving over to F Street so maybe that will alleviate the issue. Good service.

We came into Salida hungry after a long backpacking trip. The service was a little bit slow because of the many people seeking out great pizza. We both had an enormous and tasty calzone. This is a great stop for families or friends traveling together, the atmosphere is friendly.
I eat here once a year during an annual ski/snowboard trip my wife and other friends. The food and the beer are both top notch. Service is always friendly and there is a lively atmosphere. The hotel where we stay is within walking distance of Amica's, which is located in a fun part of town. There is another restaurant where... More
I'm starting to find gluten free pizza more & more frequently. They GF crusts are usually supplied by Sysco or Gordon's, but the secret is in having them cooked in a wood-fired pizza oven. Then they taste like a real pizza. This place does that, & they have a number of interesting & tasty-sounding pizzas. I chose the Mediterranni, &... More
Although I'm not a pizza lover, there's something about Amicas that leaves you feeling satisfied and cared for. If I had an Italian grandma I imagine this is how I'd feel after dinner at her house. The first thing I noticed was the garlic. It's like perfume in Amicas. The air seems pleasantly infused with the odor of olive oil... More
It was a little confusing how they worked the ordering and seating. You go in and put your name in and get a buzzer. When it goes off, you go to the counter and place your order. We didn't know that so it was a little hectic getting our order organized. After you order at the counter you then go... More
When we arrived at the restaurant the line was out the door. They ask you to know what you want to order so that when they call your name. It is a little different method of ordering but the food is excellent. We had a salad, pizza, and very cold beer.
Regardless of my diet, I have to come here whenever I'm in Salida. They have THE BEST PIZZA!!! There are no calories when you come here. I look forward to their new location.
