The food here was great and they have several vegetarian options. My husband and I each enjoyed a fantastic house Margarita and amazing appetizers and entrees. The place was absolutely packed like I couldn't believe, yet the service and quality of food remained high. This restaurant gives the feel of being over one's close friend's house with the whole family... More

There were six of us and we were seated immediately. Tables were spread out, giving us privacy to visit. The food was excellent. I split the taco salad with a friend, and it was more than enough for two. Being from Texas, I'm partial to Tex-Mex; but the Southwestern Mexican food was very good.

We got here early which is a must. They serve corn casserole instead of rice but it was very good. Everything we ordered was very good. You do have to have a reservation or come when they open. This is a very popular place to eat in this area.

As semi-locals, we make it a point to frequent this restaurant on a regular basis. Always consistently good food, excellent service, and reasonably priced cuisine that aren't your "run of the mill" Mexican choices.

Unique side salad that came with entree (lettuce, gorgonzola, celery) nice and crunchy. Corn casserole side was also different a very flavorful. I had spinach gorgonzola enchiladas which were luscious. The Adobe is on a side street off the main street that runs through little Ridgway.

I've eaten at the Adobe Inn a dozen times over the past 10 years and have had the pleasure to stay in one of their three rooms a hand full of times. It has never disappointed and remains my favorite Mexican restaurant. Period. The first thing you notice is the setting. Located at the end of a dead end street... More

You could easily drive through Ridgway without seeing this charming upper scale Mexican restaurant. Quiet atmosphere and good food and good service.

The atmosphere immediately draws you in as this is a former adobe home. The chips are THE best you've even had and the corn casserole side is excellent. House margarita should not be skipped if one drinks alcohol. Stick to only one due to altitude adjustment if a visitor. Good size portions. You will leave satisfied and well fed.

We were here in June 2016. We had excellent food and service. There were 4 of us and we had a nice quiet dinner. It was awesome!
