Love the atmosphere of this place. The food is good, the margaritas are strong. Kids and adults all love it.

I go to this restaurant every time I'm in Ridgway. The service is wonderful, the food is yummy and it's so cozy and soulful. These people are so helpful and welcoming as is the building itself. I put it on the "don't miss this" list.

We ate at this restaurant based on the ratings they received on Trip Advisor and unfortunately do not agree with its high ratings. Each meal comes with a salad or tostado option. The salad was good with crumbles of blue cheese, cauliflower and radishes. The tostado was full of refried beans and lettuce which was pretty good. Unfortunately, the entrees... More

I was in a large group that had dinner here and it works hard to be an upscale restaurant with a current vibe. The food was very good and plentiful but our waitress stumbled and couldn't recover. She mixed up a couple of orders, failed to ask if the customers would have been happy with what she had (they would... More

At a midpoint of a 10 day road trip, this was the first fine meal I enjoyed. As opposed to a kitschy 'Mexican' place, this southwestern restaurant sports a minimalist theme, employing actual art pieces in the decor. The margarita, enchilada dish (with creative corn casserole side), service and atmosphere were first rate. I shall return.

We had a group of 7 so made reservations the day before. One of us does not like Mexican food so another person in our group talked to the owner over the phone and wanted to see if there was anything not listed on the menu that could be served. The owner's response is "we'll accommodate him". Upon our arrival... More

The quesadilla was delicious! The margaritas were even better! Our server was very attentive and the place seem to have a lot of character! Can't wait to return!

I just love the Corn Casserole as well as every dish that I have had at the Adobe. I took 2 weeks traveling to Mesa Arizona a few years ago and as crazy as it sounds I was on a quest to find the superior Chimichanga! While we were out 16 days we had Mexican Food 12 times and the... More

The menu was very extensive - the house salad to go with the menu was fantastic - so flavorful - could have ordered another to just make a meal - very accommodating for children - meal was very flavorful -

Felt as if I was in Mexico. The chips n salsa, complementary, are corn & flour tortillas combined were savoured with the margarita! Chicken Suizas Enchiladas, chicken enchiladas, and spinach enchiladas were enjoyed in the authentic Mexican atmosphere with service that was professional, swift and smiles abundant.
