We have eaten at many resturants in Pueblo. As a rule we like non-chain type restaurants as you get something unusual and truly great when you get it right. Shamrock has daily specials that change depending on what the chef wants to do. WOW have...More

A must eat in Pueblo! The atmosphere is new, the food is delicious, and the games can be real fun. Make sure to try the root beer, it's homeade and just plain delicious!

My wife and I decided to try a local establishment instead of a chain. The atmosphere was pleasant upon entering. The beer was tasty and better than a lot of breweries that we have tried. However, we both were terribly disappointed in our food. We...More

We started with cheese ale soup which was acceptable but not great. The meatloaf, airline chicken, and mashed potatoes were however great. Overall I would definitely go back again.

Shamrock Brewing Co. is your typical Irish pub- brew, booze, and grub in a historic building sporting brick/high ceilings, cherry wainscoating, tasty fresh food and competent service. The atmosphere is lively, the clientele is mixed (young/old), the waitresses are young, stylish, and nicely coiffed. I...More

To be fair, we weren't here to drink and only tried the food. The fish and chips were good but not great. Boxty was pretty good, but the pancake perhaps wasn't cooked completely through. Decor was pretty good, as was service. Somehow, though, we missed...More

I love this place! From the TVs (I counted 18) with a wide variety of sports programming and trivia/poker, to the booths with individual TVs, to the handcrafted ales...who could ask for more when enjoying the game? Oh, that's right....FOOD! Some people may think they...More

This is a great place for a micro brew and very good food. I had what is called a "Boxty". It is a potato pancack that wraps several different choices and then has a cheese sauce over the top. It was excellent. I would recommend...More

Sorry we missed this question. There is good street parking but also a large public parking lot adjacent to the Chamber of Commerce at the corner of Santa Fe and 3rd (one block east of Shamrock). Thanks

Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.
