Stopped by for dinner and the clientele is primarily young and college aged. There is a brewery inside but I did not sample and of the beers but instead had the fish and chips. The potatoes were pretty good and the fish okay. The batter was a little heavy and not light and crispy but a little on the soggy... More

My wife and I finallly had the opportunity to visit this establishment and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the fish and chips and she had a bowl of clam chowder. They were both delicious and the service was excellent!

Had the clam chowder nd the grilled chicken salad. Always fresh, hot, and tasty. If you love clam chowder you must try it here. Very excellent. This is a casual atmosphere, good for family and friends. The prices are reasonable and the beer that is brewed in house is very good. Try it, you will love it!

I haven't had any food or drinks at the Shamrock that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed! High quality food prepared well. Service is always great too. My only complaint ... they no longer have the blue cheese nachos!

Went here for a birthday dinner and the food was amazing. I ordered the pot roast and my wife had the fish and chips, both were well prepared and delicious. The house beers are also very good. I will recommend to anyone stopping in Pueblo. They are also walking distance from the Courtyard Marriott downtown.

We stayed over in Pueblo en route to Breckenridge. Shamrock was nearby, and it was a great experience. Delicious food. We sat at the bar waiting for our carryout, and it was a lively group, but still safe enough that my 8 year old son could be there. The bartender was especially nice; she served him up his very own... More

The atmosphere when you first walk in is cozy pub. There is an eating area off to the right and you can go upstairs to a covered porch and sit as well. The food is great, service is good, sometimes they are really busy and the service slips but that can be expected anywhere.

Stopped here for a quick lunch on the way back to Denver. This place is definitely a favorite of the locals. Was a steady flow of customers throughout our lunch Excellent selection of beers, great food menu and very nice wait staff. This place deserves all of the great reviews it has received. Go here !!

We have visited Shamrock Brewing Co. twice. Both times has been amazing. The beers were wonderful, especially the Steel City Gold. And the food was great. We really enjoyed the pretzel appetizer. And the bochti's were amazing! We can't get anything like that at home! Friendly service.

Thank Heather T

Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.
