Irish pub with many excellent craft beers. I liked the irish red. The Stuffed Pretzels were an amazing appetizer. Very nice sized servings and good service. It can get noisy when crowded and parking is limited. Prices are on the high side for Pueblo but the food was very good.

I love going to Shamrock! My favorite beer is the green chili beer they brew during the festival! I would recommend going to a football game or a brunch with friends.

Husband & I ate here while staying in Pueblo overnight. The restaurant is located not too far from the riverwalk, and it's located downtown. The area is nice. We were greeted and sat right away. We shared the scotch eggs. Delicious! The mustard sauce that came with it was also very good. Husband ordered the fish and chips along with... More

The service was a bit slow in the beginning but improved dramatically after that. We tried 4 of their beers and loved them all; their porter was one of the best I've had. But the highlight of this Irish pub is definitely the food. The Scotch deep fried egg appetizer is unique and fantastic. I had a 'boxty' for an... More

We tried Shamrock our first night in Pueblo. The beer was rated excellent by my husband. My son enjoyed the chicken strips, especially the breading. My husband enjoyed the Irish Club - corned beef, sauerkraut, bacon, turkey - and pub fries. I tried the pesto salmon which was served over sautéed potatoes, peppers, spinach and artichoke hearts. I could only... More

Family came to eat after long day. Everything was great. Beer flight was cheap, scotch eggs were good, pretzels came with amazing cheese sauce, and the chicken chili Mac and Cheese was to die for. Highly recommend this place.

This is our favorite restaurant in all of Pueblo! Their melt in your mouth corned beef has more flavor than any we've ever tasted. The Reuben was the best of any we've had for years! Fish and Chips are perfect. I HATE beer but tried my husband's Irish Red and couldn't stop enjoying it with my Corned beef plate. Home... More

Had the steak. The bbq sauce is spicy. If you sit in the bar area you can get a both with your own TV which is awesome for a sports bar.

Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.
