Don't pass on the green chile Mac and cheese either. This place does what it does well: brew beer, serve high end pub grub and keep the tables turning over.

The Shamrock is an awesome go-to place. The only difficulty I ever have is the parking. It's well worth the extra effort tho. The food is always good and they have great lunch specials. The 2 fer $10 burger and the All-you-can-eat fish are my lunch fav's. They have a good selection of in-house beers. The Scotch Eggs are the... More

If your traveling through and stop here I would highly recommend the Scottish egg appetizer and the green chile Mac n cheese. If you're a mac n cheese fan it is some of the best you will find. Also the corned beef box tie is good. A lot of people seem to like the fish n chips, but I wasn't... More

I went with the Friday special, fish tacos. They offer a choice: crispy or grilled. I got crispy and they come on a flour tortilla with pico de gallo, sour cream and quacamole. I really enjoyed the fish, pico and quacamole. The Steel City Gold draft beer was cold and good.

We were on the road and looked up places to eat (lunch) in Pueblo. This place looked pretty good, so we stopped in. Space is nice, just like an Irish-style pub should be. We ordered a burger and fish & chips, both of which were noted as being signature dishes. Drinks came quickly, and food in about 7 minutes....good. Fish... More

Loved the atmosphere. The food was amazing and the price was right. I would recommend the reuben and sweet potato fries. I was on lunch break, so did not try the beer, but I will def. be going back!

Love, love, love this place. We stayed in downtown Pueblo just to have dinner here. We stopped here last year on our way to Musicfest in Steamboat and fell in love with it. The decor fits right in with an old Colorado town. The waitstaff couldn't be nicer or more accomidating. I came specifically for the Scotch Egg. It was... More

I always stop in for a pint when I am in town as the menu is forever changing. Sometimes there is a wait to get a chair, but it is worth the wait for both the food and beverage. I like to sit at the bar and watch the bartenders work in conjunction with each other the staff is the... More

I ordered the Rueben sandwich which was pretty good. I had also ordered 2 different craft beers the first of which was their own "Irish Red" it was served just above room temperature- yes it was anything but cold and the glass they served it in was far from a frosty mug. The next beer was cooler and subsequently tastier... More

Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.
