We love New Orleans/Cajun food. It is hard to find outside Louisiana, but this place has some great stuff. Our favorites are the Crawfish Etoufe, Jambalaya, Boudin, and the Pecan Pie. You can also get food to go.

The owner is a Katrina transplant from New Orleans. The place is tiny and casual--like flip flops and shorts casual. We ordered combo plates with red beans and rice, jambalaya and etouffe, all very good and seasoned perfectly. The po' boys being enjoyed by others looked very appetizing and the guy at the next table was definitely a Cajun--obviously enjoying... More

I went with a group of coworkers to Enclade's for lunch. It is a small café located in the heart of Pueblo. They specialize in New Orleans style cuisine. I had the oyster platter. It was amazingly good for being in the middle of the desert. The shrimp po-boy looked very good. One of my friends had their crawfish etouffee... More

This may not match real Nawlins' cooking, but for SoCo it is pretty darn good. We stopped in for a weekday lunch and had po-boys - mine shrimp and my wife's catfish. They were nicely "dressed" and came with real freshmade fries. I had to swipe a bit of my wife's remoulade sauce to add to my shrimp to kick... More

The one thing Pueblo has always lacked is a good cajun restaurant. Thank goodness for Enclades. The owner is a Katrina transplant who brought her cajun cooking and incorporated Pueblo chiles to make a perfect blend of local fare and Louisiana goodness. The beignets are awesome, but the green chile gumbo is the best!

The food was good, service was good. I would guess it would have been better to go for lunch, only one other couple there besides us. I kept looking at the floor, wanting to scrub it.

Enclade's has excellent authentic New Orleans cuisine because the owner is from New Orleans! I suggest the jambalaya...it is delicious! And the bread pudding with rum sauce is delightful!

Ordered the oyster poboy, not a good taste. The shrimp were OK. The andouille gumbo was below average. The crawfish etouffe was very disappointing. Prices too high! I just wanted a mediocre experience, and this place didn't make it. Would this place survive in New Orleans? No way. Lived in New Orleans. Now live in Pueblo area--will have to keep... More

Have been to the gulf coast many times for great Cajun food and this experience ranked right up there. Unbelievable food and great service.

When we looked up restaurants to eat at in Pueblo, CO yesterday, Enclades popped up as cajun/creole. Wow, in CO, we wereverexcited. It was a small place but filled with NOLA flavor and music. The food was great! I got the frog legs for an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection. We also had the gumbo and they were... More
