Very popular pub with good food

Really popular pub/restaurant close to where we were staying so visited it a couple of times during our holiday. Has loads of screens for the sports so popular with locals and tourists alike. Food is good at reasonable prices but the only thing i was not happy with was one of the drinks waiters. 2 of the party were drinking vodka and without asking the water served up a top brand vodka which was significantly more expensive than more well known brands. Not a major issue but the waiter should have asked first.

First off really like the look and feel of the place, even though we dined as a family it’s the sort of place I could see myself hanging out with friends. Menu looks great, huge selection of food - we opted for a couple of steaks which were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Our teenagers had the calamari and the pasta which they tell me was lovely! Drinks, starters and main meals were all brought to us in good time, including any extra condiments and bread. The only downside I have was our continual service, we wanted additional drinks but could not get our server’s attention. Eventually a trainee walked by and was great. We decided to skip dessert as it was difficult enough getting attention for the additional drinks. I won’t name shame our waitress but the only time we saw her smile was when I paid the bill and left her a tip.

First time visit. Early Tuesday dinner, so the place was not crowded, but from the number of reserved tables, it looed as if it would be very busy later - so booking is probably advisable. Very prompt service. Wide menu. Even wider beer selection - incliding bottled IPAs which are rarely available in most bars in Limassol. Food was well cooked and presented - and when requested, the bill arrived very promptly. We finished the meal with two very good Irish coffees.

1 out of 5 and that’s being generous. The food burger and fries was cold dry and the coleslaw warm. Like it was just sat on the side all evening waiting to be served. Baby back ribs (not cheap either) were tough, mainly bone and cold. Again with preheated vegetables pre heated chips although still cold and warm coleslaw. Side order of Diane sauce was like gravy with huge lumps of mushrooms in and added vinegar 😞🤢. Really disappointed and when we said it was awful staff just said ok!! 65€ with 3 drinks diabolically bad

Disappointing ‘single’ couple dinner

We come here often as the service is normally amazing and the food is great. The food was fab as per however when placing an order they didn’t have what I wanted so they said they’d come back and take the order (perfect) I gave my order as they already had my husbands BUT 2 mins later his food came out, when we said we have only just ordered they said they would check, they left his food on the table and never came back until serving mine (at this point my husband had finished his meal as we didn’t want it going cold). When my food came I asked why the meals didn’t come together as I’ve just had to sit whilst my husband ate his and now he had to sit and watch me which isn’t the point of us eating out together hahaha! The gentleman said ‘they didn’t tell us in the kitchen to do both together’ then he just walked away I wasn’t given any cutlery, wasn’t offered condiments or anything. Nobody came to check how everything was or see if we needed anything. When the waitress came over she asked if we were okay to which I said no not really, told her the issue and she was very apologetic then said she would speak to the manager (the did at the table next to us) and then came back to offer dessert on the house (we rarely have dessert so turned it down, the manager didn’t approach us) I just wanted the bill, to finish my drink and go, that being said the bill came I paid it but definitely very disappointed in this visit which is such a shame as we really enjoy it here. Never complain however we didn’t come out to watch each other eat!

We have been here 5-6 times during our 10 day stay at the hotel opposite. We found this excellent and generally ate here on each occasion. My husband loved the Burgers, pork chops (the size of your arm!!), Chicken Kiev, lamb chops. I tried the pizza - amazing! The tacos, chicken wings, spring rolls - portions were really big - I ended up with a doggie bag every evening! Food always came out piping hot! Very busy later in the evening but earlier was generally best. No complaints here 😉

Good selection of food however, we ordered a starter each and a main course each. We asked the waiter to give us half an hour wait between courses. We took our last mouthful of food from the starters and the main course was delivered to us straight away. They hadn’t given us time to digest the starters before starting to eat the main course. We told the server of the main course that it had come too early as we asked for half an hour between courses, all he said was sorry bit it didn’t help us trying to digest the main course therefore we couldn’t eat it all. When he brought the bill we paid by card and he asked if we wanted to leave a tip, guess what not a chance. Meal spoilt, will not be going back.

Big venue with excellent service

I didn’t expect an eatery and pub named after a small pub in ‘Only Fools and Horses’ to be so expansive. It’s a big venue but it has a lot of tricks up its sleeve to ensure good service. The food and drinks menu are really extensive and the two mains I had over two nights (fillet steak and quesadilla) were excellent. The beer selection was huge also. I love buttons and the call buttons for waiting staff is a great idea. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and I cannot praise the owner, Lorna, enough for developing such a successful business. A lot of the serving staff are young and possibly new so I do have one tip for them: please don’t remove the drinks menus straight after a drink is ordered. I want to peruse more lovely drinks and I need the info at hand!

The fish had a strange taste, the sauces were lukewarm and the burger as soft as a packet of butter. Nice place, nice decor, but food not very good. Have largely left it. Maybe because it was October after a busy season, but the service also had no desire for it. Too bad, expected more from the nice card

Large sports bar cum restaurant. Good menu extensive list of available beers and very good service. Only downside was to discover that they do not serve Irish coffee; the meal was so good that I really wanted one to round off the evening. Possibly the best burger available in Limassol at present - at a reasonable price as well. Gets very bust so I suggest you book.

Was quite happy when I walked in, couple of drinks, lunch. But despite having branded almost everything Nags Head inc.napkins, it seems they forget that face to face customer service counts for everything. Was served by two female staff members, neither seemed really that bothered. Club sandwich was bland, unseasoned, chips looked like they were last nights left overs.. Tried to catch waitresses eye a few times, was not in the slightest bit busy. Tip.a smile costs nothing, and asking how someones food was might go some way to getting some feedback. Fyi, I'm here in Limassol for a few weeks on business, not sure I'd either recommend or be going back.. The Keo however, was fine.

Wisited the nags head pub first time on the 25th off june. It was late and i was hungry so i bought a burger and it was delicious. The drinks where also wery nice and had a good price. Lots off tourists as the pub is quite cloas to the atlantica oasis. Iff your staying at the atlantica oasis then do yourself a favor skip the free drinks and head down to the nags haed pub instead

Home delivery wow

Ordered home delivery service as restaurant still closed for lockdown. Ordered the pork chops. always a winner there and we were not disappointed, the meals were delicious, hot, tasty, great service even supplied the sauces, napkins etc. Will definitely be using this home delivery again well done Nags head,

Great Pub a stones throw from the hotel!

We only went to the pub to watch the Gran Prix during our stay, it was so close, so nice and convenient. I looked on trip advisor first, and the pub, food, and service looked faultless. During our visit, I was very happy to report that this friendly pub lived up to its name and reputation. We would definitely visit here again if we came back, and I only wish we could have stayed longer to sample the food. We sat down in a cosy corner to watch the race and we were served drinks and snacks as fast as we wanted them, service was great and it was nice to have the option of and air conditioned area to sit. Anyway, many thanks for the great afternoon.

Best meal ever!

If you’re in Limassol this is a must!! My boyfriend had ‘the juke’ burger and said ‘this is the best burger I have ever had’. I had the sea bream and was the best fish dish I have ever been served. This chef it outstanding!! The Portions are nice and big so no chance of leaving on an empty stomach and are reasonably priced! Would definitely come again!! Highly recommend!!
