Fantastic !!! Simply fantastic !! Better chicken fried steak than we’ve ever had in Texas !! So many, many excellent choices on the menu !! It’s a small place with a Michelin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ menu and staff !!!!
Made my initial visit during an errand in Parker. I’d always thought this place would be hoity-toity and expensive, but their laid-back vibe and reasonable prices are a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere is casual and familial, with a small-town, everyone knows everyone else...feel.
My server was Tammy: a terrific lady, super energetic, positive and friendly. Sincerely attentive without being overbearing. The owner, Brandy, another terrific lady, came over to welcome me. This is a place where you’re truly taken care of.
I ordered a fantastic omelette called the Parker Porker: 3 eggs, bacon, sausage and provolone, smothered with homemade pork green chile and cheddar. It came with perfectly fried and seasoned potato chunks and toast. I asked for rye, and the thick marbled pieces were sublime. Blackberry jam went on one half, and Tammy brought me a sample of their homemade pork country gravy to dip the other half in.
There was no way I was gonna finish it all, and when I asked for a box Tammy offered a cup of joe to go too (in most places I have to ask for it). I’d already saved some cash simply by being there, but saved even more when I joined Rory’s Diner VIP Club and got 30% off.
I will be back, and I will bring people!More
I ordered the Bison meatloaf dinner for a take out order. It was delicious. There was so much food, there is enough for dinner tonight.
Support local businesses during this crises time! I enjoy getting take out for a change of pace after numerous stay...at home dinners.More
A friend introduced me to Rory’s on Valentines. We went for breakfast and it was incredible! I was so thrilled they had chicken and waffles and afterwards, got the lemon blueberry pie. The pie was to die for. Service was amazing and we were able...to seat ourselves right away.More
My friend and I were on Main in Parker trying to decide where to eat, when I remembered my google search saying something about a Victoria Peaks restaurant. The south turn on Pikes Peak took us to a brick building with multiple businesses, with the...inviting vertical sign,"Diner," beckoning. What a delightful stop! Although it was busy we were greeted warmly by a family member (Tracie?) and were at a table in less than 10. And oh, the breakfast! We could have had one of their alluring lunch entrees, but the breakfast quesadilla with an egg/cheese stuffed poblano and covered in pork green chile met this former New Mexico girl's craving for a taste of Enchantment. My friend loved her fried egg sandwich. And we will be back to taste one of their dozens of pie options! Crazy! Or to try one of their mixed drinks, or to try their weekend dinner menu. But certainly to enjoy their patio tables on a quiet warm day and maybe just repeat our delicious two dishes from Saturday!More

We have enjoyed lunch and dinner @ Rory's in two weeks.
We have passed by this establishment many times while visiting Parker but never stopped in until recently. That was a big mistake!
Some food suggestions: Bison Meatloaf Dinner - One of the best, Strawberry...chicken salad - enough for 2-3 people to enjoy, 8 oz Mushroom burger - ask for a side order of the house burger sauce, Pie - $3-4 a slice - enjoy the cherry or blueberry.
The new owner Brandi has an excellent staff who are always busy taking care of the patrons. On your next visit, say hello to "Antoinette" aka Tony, one of the fun, friendly service providers.More
