Not many options in Parachute except fast-food so El Tapatio was an easy choice. I had a steak burrito that was absolutely huge! It was quite good. Staff spoke enough English although not too extensively. Restaurant is a little tricky to find because it is sort of in an alley so look for the marijuana dispensary and Subway immediately north... Within walking distance of the Comfort Inn. Good food and fast friendly service. Nothing really to write home about. Menu was huge to the extent it was overwhelming so my husband went with his go-to chicken enchiladas which were were good and tasty. Portion sizes were big and my husband and I split the meal which was plenty!

Authentic Mexican restaurant with great staff. The new trio fajita was some of the nicest and freshest food I have experienced here. The margarita was expensive @ $12.50 for the largest one however the wife gave it 10 out of 10 for taste and presentation. Recommended by the staff at Candlewood Suites, and can say it didn't disappoint. Not much... More

I had the pork shanks. These were three smaller shanks, rather than the large pork shanks served in some German restaurants. Still it was... More

Had dinner here tonight. I had the Fajita salad which was okay but not spicy enough for me. With that said the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. This seems like a very popular place for families. I would eat here again and try something different. They have a great menu with lots... More

Had the chipotle sause chicken for dinner. I enjoyed it although it seemed about the same as our local mexican restaurant back home. Good drinks and service.
