I adored this cafe (tho overpriced). It had an antique feel to it with collectibles all around. I got the turkey bacon, spinach, and goat cheese quiche and it did not disappoint! My husband got a breakfast burrito with green chile sauce on it and it was huge (two servings worth). Week definely revisit!

A lot of locals, and the food was good. I found the decorations interesting with a nice outside seating area.

Ample parking, inconvenient, poor location, nice, small-townish coffee shop with lots of delicious food for snacks or meals, friendly servers, delicious, affordable coffee with tons of different kinds of flavored syrups, relaxing seating inside & out, *no A/C on a hot, summer day!*, no music was playing, games/toys/books available for kids to play with as you enjoy your coffee, very... Money well spent. The coffee here is superb. I had an almond joy mocha and enjoyed every last drop. My intentions were to eat half the breakfast burrito I ordered but it was so good I ate the whole thing! My son had french toast and he loved it! Great service, roomy and open atmosphere, and plenty of choices for... More

We first stopped in here after having come through Wolfe Creek Pass in a snowstorm. This was a nice warm, safe haven to unwind before having to get back on the road. We recently stayed in Pagosa for a week and found ourselves coming back to this place again and again, mainly for breakfast. Their staff is terrific; the drink... More

I love to wake up and take a drive to Boulder Coffee. the place always smells so good when you first walk in. This is a great place for a casual breakfast or to just get your morning joe. People are very friendly and everything is made to order. With that said, you may have to wait a bit for... More

Now this is an amazing little coffee shop! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hello! The menu options are endless, but we settled on a bacon burrito... one of the BEST I have ever had! Delicious! And the pastries are out of this world, freshly made right there on the premises!... Boulder Coffee Café None is one of the Best Coffee Cafe's at Pagosa Springs. The Coffee's are unique and robust.. the food and pastry's are made from scratch.. Everything menu is superb. The Owner's and the Customer Service are really great, I would recommend Boulder Coffee Café to ALL on vacation or on business at Pagosa Springs.
