Just a couple doors down from the Malt Shoppe is this hidden gem of an Asian restaurant. Chinese, Thai, Japanese, & Korean. The Low Mein and Orange Chicken are wonderful.

Bought fried rice for takeout when passing to the area. I thought the food tasted good, but the portion was small compared to what other restaurants gave. Overall it made the food there a bit pricey.

We are part time residents and dined at AJia last night. It was our first time back since last winter. This is by far the best Asian restaurant in the Durango-Pagosa area. We dine at AJia frequently and have always had top notch service and exceptional food. The Hot and Sour soup was better than ever. I usually have the... More

This little restaurant is a gem! We went back twice during our week in Pagosa Springs, same couple both times were working there. Great attentive service, and the Spicy Eggplant with Tofu was the closest to what I liked to eat when i was in China. Outstanding! My husband had the Thai Pepper steak once and shrimp dish. Served by... More

The food here was good. It was very expensive for a quick chinese lunch. There was no lunch menu so you pay dinner price for lunch.

Ajia is our favorite Oriental restaurant in Pagosa (although Thai Chillie is very good as well). We have been there many times for both sit down and take out meals. One thing I really like is the variety. Although principally Chinese, they also have Thai and Korean. I particularly like the Pad Thai, Moo Shu shrimp, ginger pork, and tofu... More

My wife and I order Ajia frequently and we are never disappointed. We usually get one curry dish; of the red green and yellow, I like yellow the best. It has a great, perfect curry flavor. And we'll commonly try a different dish as well. The staff and owners are very polite offering some of the best service in Pagosa... More

The Great: General Tsos chicken, dumplings, and the fried rice. Service was also very fast and good. The not-so-great: Sesame chicken - Was (my guess) heated too hot and the sauce had caramelized, making for a very weird sugar-grainy, lava hot, off texture on the chicken.

Ajia was a nice relief from the bad burger we had the night before. We had a big bowl of tom ka gai followed by kimchi with noodles and beef and beef with rice and broccoli. While not the best I've had, still quite good. Service was good, and when I asked a culinary question about a dish, my waiter... More

Went in for a late dinner and everyone in the restaurant spoke to us and were very friendly. I started with a cocktail and the Mai tai was excellent. The Hot and Sour and Tom Kha Gai soups were wonderful. We ordered Kung Pao Beef and Cashew Chicken for the entrees and they were superb! The waiter was very attentive... More
