The burrito I had was pretty good for gringo style. Tasty, filling and the green chile was decent. I prefer my food piping hot and would say these guys pre make and reheat as it was warm to cool. Could have been a lot better by being served hot.

We very much enjoyed our lunch at Pagosa Baking Co. The sandwiches and salads were great as well as their signature Green Chile Stew which is spicy and delicious. We also purchased three pies, blueberry muffins and lemon cookies for our large family dinner. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

We visited Pagosa Bakery several times on our trip. By far our favorite cookie was the Ginger Chocolate Chip!! For lunch, we loved the Portabello Sandwich with their balsamic salad. They have great lattes and the lemon bar is to die for. SUPER reasonably priced, and we stopped by the day they were having their 15 year anniversary! They know... More

We have been here in 2001, 2005, 2008 and now. Great place for breakfast or lunch or just coffee. Don't miss the combo salad or the chicken panini. Wonderful service and cheerful staff.

We don't go to Pagosa Springs without visiting Pagosa Springs Baking. The food is always excellent. I especially like their Expresso Bar. I recommend them for a great meal and awesome sweets.

We really loved the salads topped with lentils, sandwiches and baked goods. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Friendly service. Nice to eat outside in a shady spot. For the price, it was our favorite dining spot in Pagosa.

Only open for breakfast and lunch, it has a nice menu, efficient service and a friendly atmosphere. It's obviously popular with the locals, and deservedly so.

Very friendly place, but really very average like most restaurants and cafes in Pagosa Springs. The coffee was ok, but rather bitter. The hot chocolate was only ok. The biggest disappointment was the muffins and pastries, which tasted no more special than what you might get at a chain grocery store. Good points: friendly service, nice atmosphere. Otherwise, just not... More

You need to go hungry, because it is close to impossible to decide what to get. Take home some fresh baked cookies, bread, rolls or pot pie for later, but enjoy the fresh made breakfast or lunch offerings while sitting outside and enjoying the great Pagosa weather!
