Nice establishment in the quaint town of Pagosa Springs. Service was friendly but a little slow for not being too busy. Had a bowl of the chicken chile verde which was too spicy hot to really enjoy. The grilled chicken panini was good but we really enjoyed the French lentil salad the most. As for the cookies everyone on TripAdvisor... More

This little gem was right in the middle of town, walking distance from my hotel. I am a fan of locally sourced food. They use locally sourced flour to make their delicious baked items and I noticed so many locals coming in to get their treats! I had the daily quiche smothered with their homemade green chili! Yum!! I also... More

I always stop in to Pagosa Baking Company for a coffee and pastry; they never disappoint on either. This time though; I bought s pie for the family's dessert. Raspberry/Rhubarb, wow, so good! The crust was as thick as my thumb! Do stop in.

This is a really cute place - a bakery and restaurant in one vintage home on the main street through town. However, after looking at their small selection of items to order we ordered at the counter then sat at an open table. After my daughter received her hot chocolate at 10 minutes later, my son had to ask about... More

We were passing through town on a weekday and stopped for lunch, since a companion was looking for gluten-free options. My daily special sandwich - smoked turkey, roasted red pepper, artichoke pesto on Kalamata olive bread - was delicious. My wife's chicken, bacon and caramelized onion panini was a bit less so due to the lack of much "filling". The... More

I have stopped at the Pagosa Baking Company many times in my travels to Pagosa Springs. Excellent breads, pastries, pies, cookies, muffins, etc. Comfortable old house. Nice relaxed atmosphere with many local regulars.

We ordered burritos for breakfast. They're huge!! It was busy but lots of tables were open. I wasn't loving the latte I ordered but it was still drinkable just not as sweet as I'm used to.

If you don't mind spending a little extra, this is a good place for a quick bite before doing some sightseeing. We stopped in and got ham and cheese croissants and they were delicious (about $4 each). Have been here on previous trips and enjoyed other items they had to offer.
