We were visiting the area and we had some special diet restrictions in the family. They had gluten free options and everyone loved the food they had.

This is the kind of place that makes my dad happy. It was the perfect place to stop for pie and coffee on our late fall drive around southwest Colorado. Both pies (cherry and apple) were delicious!

I love quiche and this was top notch. Went twice and had spinach and mushroom quiche. Cinnamon roll was good too. Nice local place.

I find something here that will go with each meal of the day - and it’s all good. And, so you’re down town and want a quick snack, get it here. No where near the wait time in many of our restaurants.

Best quiche I’ve ever had! Light and fluffy. Flakey crust. Three different kinds. Lots of locals there. Busy place. Good coffee too.

I've never had anything bad at this bakery and have been here many times when passing through Pagosa. Even if we aren't hungry, we stop in and get some muffins or cinnamon rolls to go; nothing ever goes to waste.

I’m usually a little skeptical of local coffee shops and cafes but the Pagosa Baking Company was great!! We had the quiche and it was great. The coffee (Americano) was great, just the right robustness and flavor (no chicory flavor). The staff were incredibly friendly...More

We stop here every time we are in Pagosa Springs... this place never disappoints ! Great coffee...we had the muffins...cinnamon, raspberry and blueberry. Awesome... everyone is welcoming and friendly. We never had the entrees or the pies but I am sure they are all good.

There was a large variety of baked goods and lots of pies. Also a great place to stop for breakfast and coffee. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich on fresh ciabatta, stuffed croissants, and especially the cookies.

This place is a gem. Great service. Excellent breakfast sandwiches and baked good, along with very good coffee. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
