Trust the other reviews, this was the best restaurant we tried while in Ouray. The short rib, which is supposedly a local favorite, was incredible and the brussels sprouts are a must.

Our meal at BrickHouse 737 was our best in Ouray, by far. We were able to sit outside at a table with a fire pit, which was lovely. The restaurant has a nice cocktail program, and as vegetarians, there were more options than we could...manage to eat in one visit. We particularly enjoyed the burrata with beets and the Japanese eggplant. We'll be back the next time we're in town!More

We came here for our 22nd wedding anniversary. We requested outdoor seating in order to avoid lack of social distancing, and they accommodated us very easily. Our server was very professional, wore a mask and offered me grace when I failed to mask up initially....The food and wine were incredible - great options. We chose to go meatless for the most part - I had an eggplant dish and my wife had a salad and soup, terrific! We had the s'mores for dessert and they serve with a lava brick fire so it's pretty cool. Second time we've done that and we loved it both times. Nice wine selections too. Overall we highly recommend this restaurant!More

Everyone in town said THIS was the place to go for my mom’s birthday, and that the spare ribs were particularly wonderful... so we both got them. While the rest of the meal was really good and well-presented, the meat was rather chewy which was...disappointing. We will likely try this place again sometime, hoping it was just an off night...More

Enjoyed the view from the 2nd floor balcony and the great service and good food and cocktails. Highly recommend the shrimp cakes, pork porterhouse, and the Old Fashion with Knob Creek Rye. Lastly, the view around sun down is incredible.

Met friends for dinner outside on the patio. Nice, socially distanced tables and heaters made for a comfy evening even though the fall chill had arrived in Ouray. The food was delicious, service was great on a busy night, and wine was tasty. We will...be back soon!More

Two couples of us enjoyed excellent food and service. We sat upstairs outside, which was great. Braised lamb pasta dish was delicious.

Was told meal would be great by hotel desk...average. Nice place. Service good. Dessert choices fair. Drove to True Grit in Ridgeway for cheesecake after 737.

This is a fantastic restaurant. I loved the ambiance and the food. Great service too! I had the hanger steak and it was wonderful. Best restaurant in Ouray for sure. Make reservations. It’s always busy.

The food was fantastic. I ordered the Braised Colorado Lamb Bucatini and my daughter ordered the Elk Bolognese. Both melt in your mouth meals to savor. We lingered over our food and had good wine an cocktails. Highly recommend.

I think it depends on the time you go. We were there during ice fest and reservations were needed. We eventually got in without them but waited 30 mins
