Two visits ago, it was a farm to table place. Last visit, it was tex-mex. This time, it was a burger place. They need to go back to being a farm to table as anyone can get a burger but we had Hunter's Stew our first time and you just can't get that many places. Building/hotel is so historic and... More

Husband and I visited on a weekday. He has recently had to remove several foods from his diet. Some menu items were marked gluten free, but also had forbidden dairy in them. The waitress offered to see if other gluten-free items could be made. The cook (and possibly owner) then came to our table to explain that she could substitute... More

Our choice for dinner as we walked the streets of Manitou Springs. The menu was mostly German and so were the beers offered. We ate ate a small table outside (only a small area for outdoor eating) and enjoyed watching the people. The waitress was perky and helpful in describing dishes we were not familiar with. The food was excellent,... More

Great food, atmosphere, waiter. We enjoyed roaming through the town and lunching here on our way up to Pikes Peak Cog Railway.

We were a little disappointed in this place after reading the reviews. Food was pretty average overall. One waitress covering the whole restaurant and she seemed overly busy.

A really good variety of Old Country dishes. The Hunters Stew was very tasty, and several other items on the menu are calling me back. The prices are well deserved.

Matt was our waiter and he was a sweetheart. We were not aware of the patio so we sat inside and it wasokay, but we wondered why it was so empty. Ooops. Patio would have been great for weather. Hubby had the Hunter Stew. It came with fries and a dinner roll. I enjoyed the veggie sandwich. They didn't have... More

We were desperate for breakfast before we attempted to get to Pikes Peak and luckily we stumbled upon PJ's. Newly opened for breakfast they had a big sign that attracted our attention. We ordered the kielbasa & egg plate and were blown away by the size of the sausage! We probably could've shared a meal it was so much food... More

Had lunch here today and everything was very good! Would highly recommend ordering the pierogi's to share as an appetizer. My husband and sister in law had the smoked salmon on potato pancakes and loved it. My father in law and I had the pork schnitzel sandwich and asked for the mushroom gravy on the side which I would highly... More
