I'm sure there are some who think this place is wonderful, but we did not. The name is deceiving. At Adam's Mountain Cafe, you might expect a more rustic fare, but it was mostly vegetarian. I don't mind that, but the food had no flavor whatsoever and it took forever to get a table. That seemed odd because there were... More

Stellar grub! Best way to sneak a vegetarian dish to your significant other. Probably won't even miss the carnivorous nature of the human condition

since the husband is vegetarian, we had to research on vegetarian friendly restaurants while planning our trip to Colorado Springs. Adam's Mountain Café caught our eyes over its huge variety of vegetarian friendly options and the 'exotic' menu. We made reservation at 730pm on a Saturday evening and we were promptly seated when we arrived. There were many great selection... More

Stopped in for lunch after finding that our old favorite in Manitou Springs, The Kitchen, was closed. Seems like a nice place with a newer building, furnished with garage sale antique furniture. The menu was unusual in that nothing appeared to have a familiar name. But we figured out how to interpret it and ordered what we thought was recognizable.... More

After visiting Pike's Peak, we realized that staying in the "downtown" area was going to be difficult in terms of parking, so we headed out to find someplace else. Adam's seemed like a good candidate, so we gave it a try. It definitely wasn't your typical cafe, or even a typical lunch place -- the selection was an interesting mix.... More

Very friendly, helpful, pleasant staff, especially Tessie the kind waitress! Fresh tasty avocado omelet did not bother my soy allergy a bit! Very health conscious restaurant, beautiful artwork, and not too crowded on a weekday morning. I was hoping for a patio , which was not available; however the amazing food made it worth the visit !!!

I went to this restaurant by recommendation from a local. I was having breakfast. First thing I noticed no bacon. The waitress said they were a white meat only establishment. I had the omelet special which was actually a frittata. It was ok, came with some heavy wheat toast, no butter or jelly (I did not inquire if they were... More

We checked the reviews before we stopped for a bite. It smelled very bad inside, like an old person's home that hasn't being cleaned in a while... The tables and the menus were sticky, we decided to stay, because of the good reviews. There was a very long wait for the food. My tilapia was very dry, not enough seasoning,... More

Based on several other reviews, I had high hopes for Adams. The lunch menu is rather limited, we had a 15 minute wait even though some tables were empty. I had the chicken salad sandwich and it looked good, but had very little flavor. Didn't taste bad, but wasn't something I would order again. My wife had the Peak sandwich... More

We had a great breakfast. Food was as advertised and very good. Fresh local honey on table for an extra great touch. Pancakes were great and well placed mixed fruit side.
