The food and margaritas were great. Our waitress Lauren was the BEST. This is one place not to miss when in the area

Have not been to the loop for a few years. Sad how it and the town of Manitou has gone so far downhill. Food was bland and the floor around our table was disgusting. I didn't even want my wife to leave her purse on the floor. You are much better of finding another Mexican restaurant.

We went for a light appetizer of chips and salsa and margaritas. Everything was very good. The place didn't have much seating space, however.

Our friend group had a reasonably good meal here, decent Mexican food. I had a taco and tostada, and both were good, just nothing too out of the ordinary for other similar restaurants I have tried. Rice was OK, beans were good - pinto, I think, rather than black beans or kidney beans. My friends were mixed in their reviews.... More

Manitou Springs is kind of like the Haight Street of Colorado. Not a lot of fine dining options, but many places to grab a bite like The Loop. Good value, dinner for two was only 60 bucks and that was with couple drinks each. Food was fine, generally tasty and plentiful and service was speedy. Ambience wasn't anything special but... More

An old favorite. Manitou is a cool town, the loop is one of my favorite Mexican Food places in Colorado. Terrific Margaitas The Molcajete is a treat. Heavy carved stone bowl ( where the word Molcajete comes from ) filled with spices, chicken, beef and some pork comes out of the oven in a bubbling stew that keeps bubbling hot... More

What a surprise. Great Mexican food, chili just the right heat, beans near perfect and tasty rice. Good service.

the food here was solid, but not as out of the park as some of the other places we've been while here... nothing to complain about at all, but was expecting more... our server did great with our party (includes toddlers) which is always appreciated... we'd go back without hesitation if someone wanted to, but probably wouldn't be our first... We loved everything from the white quest appetizer, enchiladas, nachos, combo platters, seafood and vegetarian options. Many margarita choices and they are all delicious!

This is one of my favorite places in Manitou to eat, but once I discovered the street tacos, that's what I always order. I waffle between the al carbon (beef) and al pastor (pork) but prefer the al pastor slightly over the al carbon. They are generous portions so I always have some to take home. I ask them to... More
