Briarhurst Manor is a beautiful setting to have dinner. The food is excellent. Our waitress was knowledgeable and efficient. She was very friendly. Ask for Hanne.

Horrible experience. Arrived for an evening dinner with spouse. Upon being seated, we waited and waited and waited. Finally, ordered coffee and the wait staff took our orders. Years passed by. Got up and got our own coffee refills. More years passed by. More self-served coffee. Centuries are now passing by with no sign of wait staff. Finally, after getting... More
The Briarhurst Manor s not your average dining experience. First, the setting takes you back in time and is just so stately. We enjoyed the 5 course dinner....everything was cooked and served to perfection. The menu offers a variety of items to meet everyone's palate. Our servers, Jason & Tomei were very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. A word... More
We enjoyed a birthday dinner last night at the Briarhurst Manor that was outstanding. Our waiter Josh was polished and the food scrumptious. You don't need to travel to LA or New York when there is food like this in Manitou Springs. We had the 5 course dinner and it was worth every penny! There were separate rooms which seated... More
While we were on trip visiting our son & DIL, they surprised us by taking us to dinner at Briarhurst for our 50th Annv. The Manor and grounds are beautiful, with excellent food, service, and lovely atmosphere. I had delicious Scampi, hubbie had House Salad, son had Duck, DIL had Beef Wellington, grand daughter had Fruit/Cheese platter, Grandson had Chicken... More
My husband and I dined here for our first wedding anniversary just after Christmas. The service was wonderful, very attentive and personalized for us. Everything that came out of the kitchen was divine. We were even given gift certificates to use during a future visit. The meal was the most expensive I've ever eaten but one of the best.
We arrived shortly before dark to this former manor home of Dr. Bell, the co-founder of the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad. The home was rich with wood-paneled walls, fireplaces and even a suit of armor. Diners were all well dressed, the hostess appeared soon after in yesterday's jeans and a wrinkled shirt. The menu features a number of Colorado... More
On Sunday March 8th we (early evening) we had an extreme good experience; good service from Mr. Alex, and as usual a wonderful meal. We hope to be back, especially on our birthdays and anniversaries, and using their special rewards certificate. Enjoy! Dave & Diane Gilfillan
The food and the service was very good, but watch out. They really nickel and dime you when it comes to all the extras for a wedding. Make sure that you get EVERYTHING in writing. We paid much more than we were originally told. The coordinator was very unprofessional as well, and very scatter brained. Very hard to work with.... More

I made reservations though open table for Valentine's Day and my anniversary about a week or two ago, and have just received an email stating the restaurant will no longer be part of open table, is my reservation now invalid? Am I still able to keep the table I reserved?
Will there be a Thanksgiving Dinner this year? We joined you in 2014 and so enjoyed that we would like to repeat.
