The Briarhurst Manor is one of the homes traced to the early days of Colorado and Manitou Springs. This a unique spot for meals. We have entertained business guests, family and employees here. If you are looking for a unique Christmas Party this is it! It is our favorite place for Easter dinner on "Mom's day out of the kitchen."... More

We had a business dinner with a group of 16. We had a private room and a very attentive staff serving us. The Manor is just beautiful and you feel like you have stepped back in time. We had the 5 course meal and not one person was disappointed. The food was presented perfectly and tasted great. The strip steak... More

The Manor has the atmosphere, the service and the food needed for an enjoyable night on the town. Whether you're a local, or you're a visitor to this beautiful location, the overall experience is second-to-none. We took advantage of a Groupon special, which helped keep the price down. What we paid, however, ended up being well worth the cost.

We opted for the five course meal and absolutely loved it. The lobster bisque is a must and the scallops on a bed of sweet pea risotto was probably the best I've ever had. My wife had the Chocolate Bombe for dessert. The presentation was nearly as good as the dessert itself. We celebrated our 30th anniversary here. The staff... More

The strip steak cooked to my specification was excellent, although make sure you are hungry, it was huge. My wife had the beef tips which were also excellent. The lobster bisque as a starter was the best I have ever had. Our waiter was very attentive to our requests. Ambience in the four table dining area was conducive to quiet... More

We were celebrating my uncles and friends August birthdays. We used the groupon for 4 and upgraded ALL our groupon meals to: Steak Wellington, Venison, 14oz steak, Veal. All very delicious!! The Amuse Bouche was to die for!! We had salads and our favorites were the champagne vinegerette and garlic vinegarette (slight horseradish taste?). 2 of us absolutely loved the... More
