Great food and service!! All kinds of egg dishes. I wish there was more selection of fruit but the serving size of food was very generous! Will visit again on our return!

Great little place. Even though we were traveling through, we felt like family. The breakfast was hot and the coffee was tasty. My husband actually said he thought his plate of food was to big. :) Woudl for sure go back when in the area.

This is only, as far as I know, a breakfast menu, and it's good, but to say the best ever, would be a reach.

The food is good but it's always soooo busy. I love the option of eating at the bar and watching the food preparation.

This place serves the humongous breakfast. And it wasn't all covered in grease and cheese! The omelets are great! Pancakes were huge but lacked any flavor. Our favorite part though was the toast and jelly. The strawberry and blackberry jelly is homemade. Not like a typical greasy breakfast diner, which I like. It was busy but our waitress was attentive.... More

We were traveling thru and needed some breakfast, so I checked my trusty Trip Advisor and this seemed like a good bet. We went on a Monday morning, so we were able to park right in front and were seated right away (4 of us). My husband and myself each ordered a "half" portion, that was a mistake, we could... More

I was very eager to try Doug's Day Diner. I really wanted to like it more than I did. Yes the portions are huge, but I'd always rather have a smaller portion of delicious food than a mountain of just so so food. I ordered one of their skillets. It was just way over loaded with onions. It was so... More

We chose Doug's Day Diner based on great Trip Advisor reviews. I brought a party of 7 in for breakfast & we were sorely disappointed. We waited 25 min for a table, which was not a big deal, & does not have an impact on the review. I gave this establishment 2 stars because the service was mediocre & the... More

If you like really good breakfast food and lots of it you have to try this place. Biscuits are made in house and are great. Biscuits and gravy are the best around. Most people can't finish the burritos so plan on taking some home. Haven't found anything on the menu that I wouldn't recommend. Don't forget to try the bacon.
