outstanding experience and wide range of guests, the lamb shank I had was spot on an delicious. Group of 7 is not always easy to serve. The bar makes a great cocktail.

Have been going to this restaurant for some time. Their menu is evolving and they have removed some favorites such as pork tenderloin. Their mushroom risotto is dry and "sticky". Their prices continue to increase and frankly, food not worth the price any longer.

This is a special place to dine. We both ordered a shared wedge salad and filet mignon for dinner. These are 8 oz. pieces of simply exquisite chunks of beef. They have three varieties of filet. We ordered the simplistic one with a bacon wrap and sautéed mushrooms. I enjoyed their somewhat spicy mashed potatoes and my wife opted for... More

Took my mom to dinner as a book end to celebrating her 98th birthday. We split some starters & and a main, service made her feel very special. Food was very good; clams, crab cakes, salad, & scallop dishes were excellent. I come from MD, so the crab cakes were not east coast style. Gave my mom a card, signed... More

I had really high hopes for this place. I've eaten here twice now while in town on work trips. The first time, I had the blackened ahi tuna and while it was good, it was covered in sweet chili sauce so you couldn't really get the taste of the tuna. The second trip, my coworker took my suggestion and ordered... More

Weirdness #1 - When our waitress brought my French 75 cocktail I thought she got the order wrong, the drink she brought was in a martini glass with a cherry and very little bubble action. I thought the order was wrong and when I asked the waitress, she said "have you ever had one here?". No, and I won't have... More

The Chop House will be a regular dinner destination when visiting Colorado from now on. I got the surf and turf. The fillet was perfectly cooked, the king crab was great with heated butter, and my wine was amazing. My oldest daughter got the crab cake and it was so good as was the salmon my son ordered. I've already... More

This is a nice place for date night. A bit expensive, so we save it for special occasions. Food and service are always good. It gets busy most night, so reservations are a must!
