We came here for a birthday. The service was outstanding. Our waitress knew her wines very well and was able to talk with my girlfriend about fine wines and their peculiarities (She's a sommelier). So the fact that the service and the employees knowledge was in line with the type of restaurant the Chophouse is, made me smile. It's not... More

I frequent many steakhouses for pleasure and for work. 4th Street Chop House is in the top 3 I have been to in Colorado. The cooking, service and atmosphere has been consistent. I have no problem forking out the money for such excellence.

My husband and I have been to 4th street Chop House 2 times. Once was a wedding rehearsal dinner and another for our 15th anniversary. The wedding rehearsal dinner was hard to accurately review the restaurant because we had at least 50 people being served. The food came out cold and took forever to receive. The steaks were chewy. Baked... More

Nice atmosphere with just what you want in a chop house - great steaks. My favorite is the filet mignon with blue cheese - delicious! Good downtown location with excellent service.

We never have been to the Chop House and wanted to give it a try. What a Great menu and the food was outstanding! Our waiter was Michael he did greet us right away with a smile and checked on us through out our meal. I would rate all three components 5 Stars! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful relaxed but upscale antique-like atmosphere, excellent service. The Cowboy Ribeye steak was very disappointing for a Chop House especially. We told them it was my birthday at reservation but they never mentioned it while we were there. For an upscale expensive restaurant that seems like a booboo. My wife loved the horse radish encrusted chicken. I cannot remember when... More

I gave this a second try after a reach out from my previous review and I have to say we are so glad that we did. We went for an early Christmas dinner. My husband and I both had steaks that were cooked perfectly. I had a balsamic glaze on mine that was delicious! Service was awesome and he really... More

We often visit the 4th Street Chop House as an extra special treat for birthdays and anniversaries. The atmosphere is quiet, the food is delicious and the service has always been very good for us. I have NEVER had an unpleasant meal at this restaurant.
