Food was pretty good, just watch out for the ceasars salad - the dressing is authentic with anchovies. Interior renovations done well. Outdoor seating is very nice too. The antique bar is a real focal point.

My husband and I ate here for lunch today and were less than impressed. Upon arriving the hostess was at the bar attending to candle centerpieces with her back to us and didn't notice us waiting at the entrance for close to 5 minutes. During...More

They had plenty of room for our large group of 20 and, while the service/attention was great, plates were slow to show up, even though they knew we were coming. All was forgiven, as everything was deliciously prepared. I'll be back next time I'm in...More

But not in a good way. Glacially slow service; it took a full 90 minutes for a one-course lunch, when the place was less than half full. They were out of several menu items. Our waiter "forgot" what we had ordered, and had to come...More

Wonderful old building with character and uniqueness. Only eaten dinner there several times. Make reservations, they get busy, especially on weekend evenings. Definitely worth you taking the time to visit. Never had anything but steak, so can't speak to their other dishes.

I'm not sure. They do have an upper level that could probably hold about 20 people but I've only been there once.

"740 Front" in Historic Downtown Louisville Co., designated historical and land-marked, is one of Colorado's two oldest remaining saloons. In 2015 the building was renovated and transformed back to its 1904 roots: a traditional American dining saloon with a turn of the century ambiance. The magnificent room dominating back bar was built in 1880. Open for both lunch and dinner and serving brunch on the weekends. Our lunch menu consists of traditional comfort foods, burgers, entrée salads, creative sandwiches and fresh seafood including oysters both on the half shell and baked. We offer a small plates menu that is served through the entire day during all our hours of operations. Brunch on the weekends consists of Eggs Benedicts, omelets and special egg skillet dishes along with orange french toast and fresh berry pancakes all accompanied by "Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys" The dinner menu features signature steaks, "Steaks not well done but done well", Chops, Fresh Seafood, Special Pastas and Oysters on the half shell and baked. We have a full bar with a choice selection of craft beers, wines and handcrafted cocktails. "Something for everyone."
