Our group this month went here for lunch, 1/2 of women (15+) menu 1/2 hibachi, guys (6 of us), all hibachi. Only ones there at 11:30, a few people came later. Good show, hot grill, shrimp, salmon, scallops, calamari, and beef cooked perfect, as well as fried rice and veggies. Slow kitchen not enough help wontons came at end. Big... More

The worst dining experience we have ever had 3/25/17. My husband and I have both worked in the service industry in the past so we tend to be extremely patient and understanding. We arrived about 6pm. We opted for a table in the dining area instead of one of the busy grills. We were seated right next to the kitchen... More

We stopped in and made a reservation for 2. When we went back a couple hours later we had to wait about 45 minutes for our table as we watched people without reservations get right in. The food was great, but then their computers went out so we had to wait another 30 minutes for our bill. I said something... More

A group of 5 of us had a wonderful hibachi dinner at Sakura. Food (chicken, shrimp, fillet mignon, fried rice, etc) was very well prepared, plentiful, and delicious. Our hibachi chef (Tyson) was the best I've ever had. Often I find hibachi chefs put on a rather "cheesy" show in a half hearted manner. This guy was having fun and... More

It all started off when I told the waiter that my daughter and myself had a dairy allergy and he responded "It's a Japanese Restaurant, we don't have anything with dairy in it. Well, other than the butter that we grill with." HELLO!!! I told him that is exactly what I need an alternative to in which he responded "What... More

I really like this place and have been here many times. I know that if I go to the hibachi side that I will see the same exact show every time, no matter which chef does it. I wish they would give the chefs some creative freedom and let them put on their own shows. However, the sushi tables is... More

This was a great idea, even though I had reservations because of my intolerance for soy sauce. I know who goes to an Asian restaurant with allergies to soy sauce? I didn't want to keep the other ladies from going. Anyway... The restaurant was very clean and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. While everyone else was ordering their... More

I live near Sakura and drive by the Location on Quincy daily. I have always wanted to take my family for dinner and have my children experience the Hibachi. Several month back some friends from out of state visited Sakura and reported "the worst hibachi I ever had, food was gross." I stayed away for this reason. On Mothers Day... More

Terrible Service, the food was low grade dog food. I will never return to this place and if you want a good Japanese meal, there are better places in Denver
