Pleasant Surprise

We stayed at the Comfort Inn near this restaurant and Oscar's was recommended by the hotel. Great food!! Charlette was our server and did a great job attending to our ever need. Two weary travelers who had been on the road since early morning this was a welcomed experience. Their BBQ Chicken Pizza is amazing. Will definitely stop there again if in the area.

Wonderful food

We ate here and we were very impressed with the food. We do a lot of traveling and my husband felt that the shrimp Alfredo was one of the best he had eaten. I had the fried chicken and would recommend that also. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.Thank you for the great supper

Best place to stop and reset after a long drive.

Oscar's bar and grill was a welcome treat after being on the road all day. They had a good variety on thier menu to please almost anyone. The food was great! The staff was very nice and helpful. They have clean bathrooms and an outside patio with tvs. The owner was bartending and had an exceptional knowledge on whiskeys and offered recommendations based upon my other known tastes. This place exceeded expectations and is a must stop on your journeys through this part of the country.

Interstate stop well worth it

Timely and delicious! Home-cooked style and taste. Service was courteous and efficient. The restaurants was clean and comfortable. Nice change from typical highway restaurant. Has full bar, if one isn’t driving. The menu is varied enough to serve several tastes. We are in the bar area for sports interest. What ups return!

Excellent Meal

We stopped in on the way to Denver. It was delicious! We had the open faced pot roast sandwich, country fried chicken, and shrimp and chicken pasta. All of it was great but the pot roast was amazing!! I highly recommend Oscar’s. The service was excellent. There is a full bar, separate ding room and seating in the bar area and outside dining. It’s ideal for families. They had the cleanest bathrooms I have seen😁

Fantastic atmoshpere, menu selection and food quality

This is a great place to eat in Limon, I am so happy I found it and chose to eat there. At first, I thought the name of the place must have been the owner's name, but I walk in and discover the reason for the name. It is movie-themed with autographs and antique projection cameras everywhere. So, it is an entertaining atmosphere. The menu selection is quite extensive, with everything named after a movie. The food quality is great, from what I chose anyhow. I highly recommend to eat here while in Limon or passing through needing a place to stop for lunch.

Nice venue with lots of movie memorabilia

Extensive menu and large facility. Grace was our server and did an adequate job but was not very personable. Wife had fish and chips and I tried the meatloaf. Both ok but nothing outstanding At all. Gravy and potatoes clearly out of a box and broccoli was undercooked. Was kind of disappointed with our meals especially after the good reviews on trip advisor.

Great find

Very nice atmosphere, awesome waitress, Sherry and wonderful meals. I had a open face beef sandwich. Not slices of beef but chunks of tender delicious roast, with homemade mashed potatoes. Hubby got a nice piece of Lasagna…. Great food for the prices. Will recommend this place highly.

Some good, some bad. Service was good, drinks were kept filled. Onion rings were rather blah. Ground beef taco salad was very tasty but $2.25 for a spoonful of Guacamole is crazy expensive! Wings were not very good, some of them were hot, some of them were barely warm. Chicken strips were tasty and piping hot! But the fries were cold. So some good and some bad, your average restaurant these days.

Oh the Brown butter cake !

Oscars was packed Friday night the 11th of October. We stopped here overnight at the LaQuinta and needed dinner. We both had Oscars take on the Cuban sandwich. It was toasted/ pressed to prefection. There wasn't a lot of pork on the sandwich but it tasted good. It came with French fries that were cooked crispy and were hot when served. My cousin go the pot roast and the portion was HUGE. Sad to report most of it stayed on her plate. NOW for desert get the butter cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot Carmel sauce. That was incredible.

Impressive in a town with not much else

Great spot for a night after traveling. All the basic services and a restaurant with an impressive menu. Varied with high quality. We both had pasta dishes though plenty of plates that went by looked and smelled great.

Try steak instead of pasta.

We had went based on reviews. The staff was friendly. I ordered the pasta with mushrooms, chicken and alfredo. The mushrooms overpowered the flavor. The portions are large. My husband had the steak and twice baked potatoe, because they did not have baked potatoe before 5. It was the best thing we ate! His steak was good and the plate was a good portion.

Definitely a good place to eat traveling I-70

You know it’s good when it’s hard to choose what to eat from the menu. Finally decided on a taco salad for her, liver and onions with a side salad for him. $13.99 each. Both were extraordinaire. Liver really tender. Came with choice of potatoes — he picked mashed — and a large side of broccoli. But the $3.99 side salad was the real gem. Wish I had posted a photo. Meal was under $36 without tip. You can choose the restaurant side or the bar side. Means you also have a wide variety of drinks you can order with your meal.

A good respite

Stopped for a drink and found a great bar selection of hard liquors, more than expected Beer selection is non draft only. Sherrie, the bartender was very friendly and made a mean Bloody Mary. She tells us they make their own pastas so we’re gonna bring family tonight for dinner

Top Notch In Every Way

Not enough letters to accurately describe this place! * Location = Great *Atmosphere = wonderful, I could spend lots of time here checking out all the Oscars *Bar = Over the top! 400 Whiskeys…Wow! *Service = Everyone was On Top of the their job! Everyone enjoys working there. *Menu = Awesome variety of dishes and every dish was movie based *Food = The food has to be better than good for me to write a review! It has a beautiful presentation, ample portions and was reasonably priced. I will definitely eat here again next time I am passing through the area!
