We stopped for lunch one Monday and stayed through a 30 minute wait. Eight of us headed for the patio. The variety of pizzas were terrific as well as the beverages. It's worth the wait if you are visiting the area.

Just love their pizza. You order by the pound, three different crusts. The ambiance is great, prices are reasonable. During summer months you will have a wait, unless you go between 4:30 and 5:00. There are others in Denver and Fort Collins, but Idaho Springs is the best.

The town right off the bat was entertaining because the buildings were old on the outside but the restaurants and stores were built like shells using the old buildings. Anyway on to whats important, the pizza was delicious and the atmosphere was excellent. I went to Colorado for vacation and absolutely loved the mountains and this pizza sealed the deal.... More

We ordered a prairie crust which is the thin crust (they are famous for the thicker crust) and the pizza was excellent. They bring honey for the crusts so the thicker crust works better for this.

Always great, for some reason this is the best location for this iconic Colorado eatery. Beau Jos is not your typical pizza, it is unique with its giant crust complemented with honey. Order your favorite toppings, and experience a wonderful pie with its own style. We stopped in after experiencing the I70 traffic, and it restored us completely, service was... More

There were only two of us so we ordered the small regular crust pizza which was very good and more than we could eat. The pizza was phenomenal and the atmosphere was vibrant. The wait is usually short and definitely worth it.

Excellent pizza with unique crust you can have with the pie or after with honey for dessert. Had the Tommy Knocker wheat beer. It was good but very expensive. Should have asked price before we ordered 2 pitchers. Reed was our waiter and he was great.

We took a group of 31 students and sponsors to dinner and they did a phenomenal job of handling our group! First of all, they put us "away" from the main dining room, which meant our students could talk without having to worry about disturbing other diners. We had one waitress and she was AMAZING! We were organized! We took... More
