Brought here by friends from the Denver for some sightseeing and lunch. Was busy but got a table within 15 minutes. Order the white crust deep dish and was brought the wheat thin crust? Pizza was great and the honey to eat the crust was a nice touch. My only recommendation is to have them repeat the order back to... More

Fresh food. If you're used to a saucier pizza like NewyYork or Chicago style.....ask for extra sauce!

We love this place and the atmosphere, we go here then kick around downtown and have some fun at the two breweries and the shops. The pizza is great, we love this style pizza and they have local beer on tap. Always good and never dissapointed.

Heard that BeauJo's was the place to go in Idaho Springs. Had the Hipster pizza and every bite was great. It's the pineapple peppers pizza. The time to go is early lunch. Seated right away, got food promptly.

We went here after reading the hype about their "Colorado-style pizza." The service was extremely slow and the pizza was mediocre. It took the server about 15 minutes just to bring out the beers we ordered. As far as I could tell, Colorado-style pizza is just mediocre pizza with super thick crust that you dip in honey...go to the Safeway... More

Unique historic building- home to this restaurant. Massive menu with a ton of choices. We split a small and had the mushroom caps appetizer. Friendly service and good food. Free on street parking and free wifi.

A stop at Beau Jo's on the way down the mountain after a day of skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, etc is a tradition for both Colorado residents and visitors. This hearty fare is a great reward after a day in the CO sun and some exercise. Dont skip the honey on the table for your leftover crust. A pizza from Beau... More

This place is so good I always hope my flight is delayed. I fly in to Denver once a year with a group of guys that get to the airport at 8:30a.m. If my flight is on time we blow by Idaho Springs on our way to the slopes. If it is late enough I get to have lunch at... More

$83 to carry out two pizzas and a bread stick seemed a tad steep especially when they got the order wrong. I was not a fan of their sauce or crust but they do a booming business.

We're really sorry to hear that! Which type of pizza did you get -- our Mountain Pies or Prairie Pies? More
