I love Salsa Brava! I have food allergies and they are extremely accommodating here. Their food is delicious and their sangria is yummy. Great place to go with friends or family.

When the server discovered it was our first visit to Salsa Brava, he welcomed us with an appetizer of 3 dips for our chips.....guacamole, queso and a pineapple salsa, on the house. The manager also came to give us an especial hello and moved us to a patio table in the shade (the patio faces west so the lowering sun... More
8 of us came here for lunch on a Friday, we arrived about 11.30am and it was pretty quiet. We were celebrating a few work birthdays. Nice waiter, service was a little slow especially when a few more people started coming in. And he initially didn't split the cheque which we thought was odd considering we didn't look like one... Quality ingredients, many farm-fresh and locally sourced is what caught my attention to begin with. The menu is creative and different. I love their smokey salsa. It's served warm and it's delicious! They have a gluten-free menu and even a Paleo menu! If something isn't quite right, they make it so. Very attentive and friendly staff. I haven't had anything... More
We came early for happy hour and had drinks and appetizers. Great atmosphere and service. Loved the Cabo Chicken tacos. Definitely go early because this place fills up at dinnertime on the weekends!
I've eaten at my share of Mexican eateries and this place has some unique dishes. I've had the mole tacos and enchilada and the enchiladas are my favorites. Also, when they opened they served the Habanero Mango salsa automatically, but now, you have to ask for it. They will bring it to you free, but you definitely have to ask.... More
Mexican food should remain cheap and tasty. That was my thinking until eating at Salsa Brava. While it's pricier than your average Mexican restaurant, you get a higher quality product. I've enjoyed all of my meals here, and the free choice of two warm salsas is a nice addition. They have a fantastic patio to enjoy the wonderful Colorado views... More
I have eaten here many times, and love the ribs although it seems like they run out of the ribs to quickly. The last 3 times we have been there they have run out. Disappointing! There margaritas are very good...always.
I am not a fan of Mexican, but this was a decent experience. Service was slower than I thought was necessary, but it was at least friendly. Plenty of options, too, even for someone who doesn't care for Mexican.
