We have been to this spot twice now and love the fresh salads, soups and thin crust pizzas. Wait staff is courteous, decor is snazzy, and the food is well priced.

My wife and I had dinner at Sazza this past week. I had the Caesar salad and personal Primo Pizza and my wife had the Solstice (sp?) Salad. My wife raved about her salad and the the citrus vinagrette salad dressing. My Caesar salad was...very good any my Primo personal Primo Pizza was outstanding. Sazza had a limited selection of wines and we enjoyed a glass of a reasonably priced Italian Wine whose name escapes me. The wait staff were excellent and they took great care of us from beginning to end. The restaurant is a little cramped and a bit noisy.More
I know something was wrong when I picked up the box. I had to stop to see if anything was in the box.Yes there was a pizza in the box. I suspect they use a gram scale for the cheese. taste was OK but there...is nothing to the pizza.More
Fantastic ancient grain pizza crust. Excellent service. Nice neighborhood. A little pricey but worth it for healthy choices
We love this casual, healthy neighborhood restaurant. Kind of small but has additional tables outside in the summer. We usually split one of their unique pizzas and one of their salads and they have some beers and other drinks to choose from. Never disappointed.
Verdi pizza is the best pizza you can ever find! Perfect place, bake right in front of you on a thin crust!
A recent trip to Denver took me to this unassuming pizza and salad place in Cherry Hills. It is locally owned using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The salads are worth the trip alone and the pizza is delicious. Not your garden variety pizza. Prices...are great and service is better (Natasha, Anthony). Can't wait to go back the next time I make it to Denver.More
We were looking for a lunch place to get salad but it seemed as if the only listings for salads were paired with pizza which is how we ended up at Sazza's Pizza + Salads. Sazza's is in a shopping center with the likes of...Trader Joe's, Sierra Outfitters and many other businesses. There is plenty of easy parking. The restaurant has walk-up ordering. You stand in line and place your order at the counter, then find a table and are served by waitstaff just as if it were a sit-down restaurant. There are sample serving dishes on the counter that indicate the size of a large/small pizza or salad. A line of bottles on the counter serves as the beer menu. The dining room is bright with lots of windows. There are some interesting murals on the walls which describe some of the community services provided by the restaurant. The food which we shared, a chicken enchilada pizza, a sausage and roasted crimini pizza and a solstice salad, was outstanding. The greens were fresh. The crust on the pizzas was really thin and just the right amount of crispy. The flavors were delicious. A small pizza with a shared salad left each of us totally satisfied. Pizza, salad and adult beverages cost about $40 for two people. This is a place to which we will return. There are other interesting pizzas and salads on the menu, but it might be hard not to order the same items which were so good!More
Had late lunch/early supper. Salad was excellent, but the thin crust pizza was like none other. Absolutely delicious.
Locally owned pizzeria with a wide variety of pizzas to choose from as well as salads and other Italian dishes. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Our favorite is the sausage pizza with a Caesar salad. Pizza here is almost as good as the best pizza...we had in Italy. Definitely worth a try.More
We had lunch here twice in the last month. Amazing thin crust pizza and Caesar salad. Just returned from a month in Italy and the pizza at Sazza’s is as good as the best we had in Italy. Friendly, efficient staff. Reasonable prices and locally...owned. Give it a try.More
I loved the atmosphere in this cute little restaurant! I ordered the soup of the day which was a barley mushroom, and served with a side of little crisps! I also ordered from their seasonal menu and had a peach cobbler pizza. It was one...of the most delicious things I've ever eaten! I believe most everything at this restaurant is made by them, and they use local, organic ingredients.More
Sazza is unlike any restaurant I've been in. All, and I mean all, ingredients have a great story to them, are fully organic, and mostly local sourced. The cuisine is pizza, salads, soups primarily; wine and a wide variety of non alcoholic drinks are available. The...decor is fresh, bright, and inviting. Overall, this is a great place for a healthy and delicious lunch or dinner.More
We have been here several times and the salads are better than the pizza, but the pizza is still really really good. It is quick, fresh and friendly.
Ate dinner here mid-week in April, party of 4, about 715pm. Free parking in lot shared with other businesses. First time here. It was about one-quarter full, but the noise level was excruciating. Screaming kids, literally ear-piercing screeching. No buffering of noise from hard floors...and hard surfaces in restaurant. Could not have a conversation, which was what needed to happen. Food was plenty tasty, many options for vegetarians, and alcoholic beverage options, too. Yay for that. But all 4 in party were still hungry after their small salad and very, very thin--really flatbread cracker-like crust pizza and adult beverage . Great idea, good concept, but prob will not return.More
