Lori, thank you so much for the wonderful review. I will be sure to tell Austin and April what a wonderful job they did. Those two exemplify the meaning of hospitality. It is in our culture to make the Rio a "sanctuary" for not only our guests but our team members. The hot and spicy green sauce you had with... More

Love this place... the Queso Del Mar is killer! Been a customer since they opened the first one in Ft Collins about 30 years ago, and was the very first customer here in Greeley. Hands down best Mexican in Colorado. Two dining rooms, large bar area with stools and booths, plus a large private room and a nice big covered... More

Great food, attentive servers, space to make reservations for a large group of people and in a good location to see other things downtown.

Ines, Thank you so much for leaving such a great review. Downtown Greeley is growing and becoming a great place to be. We still have Friday Fest with free concert until the end of September. And of course we will be serving our world class Margarita's on the Plaza during the concerts. In September we will be featuring our Rio... More

We had been here before and it was pretty good. So we thought we would take some friends to dinner. We got there around 630 and were seated promptly, getting someone to serve our table of 5 adults and 3 kids was the problem. After 20 minutes and not a server in site, no water or anything we were just ready... More

Karen, it grieves me that you had such a horrible experience here at the Rio. I am so sorry, please accept my apology. I would love to hear from you personally about your visit. Could you find the time to call and ask for me? I am sure we will both benefit from it. Sincerely, More

The outdoor patio was nice! The food was a hit expensive for what the menu offers but overall I liked it

Andrism, thank you for visiting us at our Greeley location. We do have a very nice patio for relaxing and enjoying a Margarita or two. Did you know that all our food is made from scratch every day multiple times. Even our flour and corn tortillas are made from scratch using only non-GMO flour. Our Chicken and beef is antibiotic... To start off, we are long time Rio fans. We bring out of town guests here. Which is what we were doing on our last visit. We were told of the long waits for outside and inside so opted for the bar. Those areas did not have many customers so maybe the reason for a wait was lack of staff.... More

Shrimp tacos were excellent, but this is the place if you want a Margarita. They have a sign with a 3 drink limit which is appropriate as the Margarita was strong and large. Fun visit

Every Rio Grande I have been to has excellent food, drinks, and service. We were here for lunch and for $8.50, got half a quesadilla and a salad. Both the quesadilla and salad were decent sized and a good value for lunch! For dinner, I like the pork burrito with spicy green chili, the steak burrito, or the quest del... More

Great ingredients are the hallmark of the Rio's fare. We take our out-of-town guests there, because we KNOW they will not be disappointed. Despite the claim of Tex-Mex influences, an Arizona-raised midwesterner called home (from our table) to express his delight with the food . . . claiming ihe had found an authentic Sonoran restaurant! A great place for those... More

Thank you so much for the 30 years of patronage. I certainly hope you were able to attend our anniversary party. It was wonderful, crazy and zany to say the least. Part of our values will always be "wholesome food" and "the best dang margaritas this side of the Rio Grande". have you tried the new Tripple? It is new... More

First time to a "Rio", we'll be back! The food was wonderful, plentiful, well presented! Chili Rellenos, come either battered or baked without batter & both were excellent!
