If you like Mexican food and enjoy a good smothered Burrito, they have one called the "Coyote Burrito" that is very good. The chips and salsa is endless and quite good not quite excellent but quite good. The margarita lacks...it reminds me of the average buy a mix marg, it's just kind of eehhhh. My wife likes the blue corn... More

Fantastic drinks, knowledgeable staff - food is fantastic. I like the Southwestern Pork Medallions. The waiter - who never wrote anything down and never got anything wrong - told me that I could have this dish done with chicken instead of pork. That was a FANTASTIC suggestion.

A very nice family owns this restaurant and you feel that in the way you are cared for during your meal. The servers are friendly and management always stops by and checks on your experience. They serve several delicious salads and wraps in addition to the more typical Mexican food. It's fun to sit outside with a margarita and relax.... More

In looking for a nice fresh meal apart from a fast food joint, we chose to order Coyotes for a late night dinner after a long day at a volleyball tournament. The menu was beautifully descripted, priced accordingly...and that was all. The food was very disappointing. I order a salad and received the core of a head of iceberg lettuce,... More

If you visit on a Friday night you might get to enjoy a fresh fish dinner prepared southwestern style. My favorite entrée on the menu is the Presidente Chimichanga -- packed with flavors and very filling! Save room for desert -- they have an amazing blondie served with ice cream and a caramel candy wafer.

We visit Coyotes once a month or so and prefer sitting in the bar area, but we may be reconsidering that! Maybe with Happy Hour (2-6 daily) and changes if shifts around 5 the existing customers just get ignored or they hope theybwillmleave to open up tables for dinner, but the last few couple of times it has happened and... I'm a mexican food aficionado, and I have had fabulous mexican food from all over the world. From little holes in the walls, to commercial venues (like Coyotes). I didn't care for Coyotes. As others have posted, it's more of a tex-mex place where they cover everything with a weird cheese sauce. The prices are WAY overrated for mexican food.... More

$1.99 margaritas and Shrimp & Lobster Nachos made a night out with friends perfect. That Saturday night the special drink was $1.99 margaritas. The place was packed but the staff was cheerful and efficient. The menu has delicious items that are unique along with a few standards like fajitas. Must try this restaurant!

I'm usually skeptical when people tell me about a good Mexican restaurant, so I wasn't expecting much from Coyote's. I was pleasantly surprised. Let's begin with the service, it was great. For lunch I had the chicken tacos, made with soft corn tortillas. They came with a side of beans and rice. All I can say is it was so... More
