Idyllic setting along rushing waters. The food was superb! Husband had beef tips. I had special sandwich with the unexpectedly delicious pasta salad. Great chocolate moose cake. Our server was excellent-- attentive and great personality.

We were referred to eat here by our Colorado friends. Glad we did! We sat outside under a gazebo next to the flowing river. Spectacular views! Our server Ethan wax very courteous, helpful, efficient, and professional. My wife and I shared the Caprese plate and the chicken sandwich. Both were excellent! We loved the "pretzel" style bun. Kids shared a... More

During our recent trip to our home in Estes Park, Colorado, my family and I visited Grand Lake while looking for Moose. Members of our family suggested this restaurant, as they had recently tried it during their trip, so we decided to stop by. The slow is a little service, but they seemed very short staffed at the time we... More

My husband and I visited for dinner - we had been here on our last visit to Grand Lakes. We were as happy the second time as we were the first if not more so. This last visit we ate outside by the river and it was very enjoyable. First of all the service was great!! Our waitress was very... More

I read about this restaurant on a blog and new I had to put it on my list! My mother, sister, and I ate here for lunch. The view is amazing and the sound of the river makes for such a relaxing lunch. We had the crab hush puppies, caprese salad, baked Brie, and duck legs. It was all amazing.... More

We had Colorado lamb chops one night and fettuccine with chicken breast the next. Both were generous servings, well prepared and yummy

Food was good and service was good. In fact style of service was that of an upscale restaurant. Bartender wasn't knowledgeable on basic drinks like Manhattan and negroni but was willing to follow instructions. Attractive old fashioned decor. Restaurant on the bank of a rushing stream that is very attractive. Nice to go for a special dinner or just drinks... More

We had visited this restaurant 2 years ago and vowed we would be back. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here this time. First off, the location is absolutely beautiful, situated on the bank of the the Tonahutu River. You can sit outside right by the river or sit inside by the window for a great view. We opted for...
