Grabbed a coffee on our way out of town. Yes, there was a bit of a line, but that's to be expected if the place is good, and this one is. Chatted with some other folks in line, and enjoyed the wait. Lattes were worth waiting for.

Wonderfully fast service, nice staff, tasty coffee and scones! We were served quickly - even though there was a line. Our coffee was hot, well made, and our scones were selfish, too! We'll be back!

We were out for a fall drive, and stopped in to grab a cup of coffee. The coffee was decent but nothing special, and about the same price as Starbucks. It was a long wait, there was nowhere inside to sit, and we definitely felt uncomfortable as the other guests looked at us like we were intruding.

Hi, I hope you enjoyed the extended Fall we've had in the mountains. I'm sorry you felt like the atmosphere was not comfortable. As you noticed, we have a lot of people in the Hub enjoying our coffee, free WIFI and comfortable setting. I've not witnessed anyone from our community treating someone bad...but I guess it can happen. We depend... More

These people need to decide if they want to sell food or coffee. Their food choices are limited and it takes forever (yes, forever) to get the food. I'm sure the coffee is fine, but just from friends that I've been with who might order some, it takes forever. They probably need to do one thing and do it well.... More

Hi, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your experience at the Hub. We work very hard to delight our customers. Being part of a small mountain town in the off season is very challenging. We stay open so those that come to Grand Lake during the fall and winter can enjoy a great cup of coffee, use our free WIFI... More

We visited The Hub multiple times during our time at Grand Lake. It was very inviting. The ice cream was good & they even have gluten free cones. They have several GF snack options. It was a chilly day while we were in town so we would stop by, get a coffee & enjoy the relaxing setting. They even had... More

Stopped here to get something for our sweet tooth. Boy was that a great choice!! we each had a scone, and brownie. Definitely recommend stopping by. I hear they have excellent breakfast as well. That will be next time. To add to the food, the girls were so sweet too. Sweetness just gushes from The Hub!! I'm glad we stopped... More

We visited The Hub yesterday . They do have good coffees. Located on Main Street at Grand Lake. The problem service only one person working. People were walking out. Lady working said 18 yr old called in so it created a bad problem for The Hub.

Hi, yes, we did have our morning shift person call in which really created a problem for us. I'm working with the staff to communicate with each other if someone calls in. I hope you will try us again, we normally haven't had this challenge and we are mindful of our wait times and continue to work on it. Thanks! More

The coffee was only slightly warm, and the scone I ordered was so dry it was dusty. I will never stop in this place again.

Stopped for a coffee on my way back to Estes before finding out Trail Ridge Road was closed heading back. This is a great coffee shop, but, VERY busy midmornings (on the weekends). I've waited a while for good coffee, but not sure this long. I was maybe 7th in line (of a much longer line) and waited around 20... More

Hi, Thank you very much for your very nice comments. I was working on Saturday and knew the wait was longer than usual for our customers. We are in transition in both seasons and employees. We were caught off guard with the weather! When it snowed it seemed like everyone that was camping came in to town to get a... More

Very simple small town coffee shop with big city prepared drinks. Very pleasantly surprised to find such a good cup of Joe for the road back into Rocky Mountain park.
