Staff was super quick and friendly. I will definitely be back whenever I’m going through Grand Junction. I love tacos dorados and so many restaurants don’t put them on the menu. The tacos came out hot and crispy, and the rice was super fluffy. Fantastic...quick lunch.More

Order large margarita and they filled it with soda water and charge 21.50 each. Vary disappointing! Food was slow and just average. $127 for three people! That sucks! Won’t be back!

Las Marias has great Mexican food, the staff is so kind. I love every item I’ve ever had here. Highly recommended!

There was something off putting about Las Marias. My wife didn't care for the loudly proclaimed "no substitutions". That makes no sense to us in a Mexican restaurant. The interior was nothing special and the service was lack luster at best. The chips and salsa...generic at best. It did not feel especially clean and tidy. There was just nothing that led us to want to go back for another meal. I'd recommend Aztecas or Fiesta Guadalajara over Las Marias.More

Okay margaritas, but be wary of the “parking attendant” in the restaurant parking lot. He is beyond rude. Make sure you have a copy of your receipt! Even then he is an absolute horror. There are too many excellent Mexican restaurants in Grand Junction to...deal with this fool.More

I have eaten here several times in the past and the food is usually...meh. This time was extra bland. My carne asada burrito was full of “meat” (gristle) that could not be chewed and the burrito in general had no flavor. My wife’s order came...out and was missing the beans and rice and was wrong anyway. When we got our bill, my meal charged to us was incorrect, and $5 more than the meal I ordered. We had to ask several times for drink refills, after they sat empty. The night we were in there was very busy and I take that into consideration when trying to judge the service. The staff is very friendly and corrected the errors as soon as we brought them to their attention. However, being busy should not effect the quality of the food. I have eaten at most of the “Mexican” restaurants in town and would easily put this one at the bottom. The only reason we ate there this time was due to having a gift certificate. I would have been extremely irritated at having to pay for a dinner that took that much effort to eat, both due to the gristle and lack of flavor. The two tables adjacent to us were also complaining about the quality of food, or lack of.More

This was an interesting experience (that may or may not be a positive thing). The place was probably at 80% capacity on a Tuesday night. Conversation was humming, folks having a good time, what looked like several office groups were there. Something of a party...place. We dropped in about 7:00 PM for dinner and had to wait just a few minutes for a table to clear. The staff was pleasant and efficient and got us chips, salsa, and water quickly. The menu was pretty extensive and it took us a bit to go through it before settling on Chimichanga's, Tacos, Mole and a Steak Ranchero. With the exception of the Mole, everything was blandly flat. No flavor. I ended up adding salt and salsa (from the chips) to my steak. My wife and one of my boys indicated the same with their dinners. The portion sizes were terrific. The staff was great and made sure our drinks, chips, and salsa were refilled constantly. They did make one mistake on our bill and charged the four of us for seven entrees, haha, not sure how that happened but it was cleared up quickly. So, unfortunately, I can't recommend the food ... although the other patrons were sure having a good time and seemed to be enjoying their dinners. Could be we just got the chef-trainee.More

This place is a little dated inside but they crank out great food and drinks. Even at breakfast time. The local Latin American folks seem to favor Las Marias which to me is a pretty good sign that they know what they are doing. It...is located at the East end of downtown Main Street in Grand Junction. Try it - I think you’ll like it! cheuéMore

Tell food was fast and the service was quick. The green chili was just right not too spicy and too mild. I would eat here again.

Margaritas were excellent!! Service spot on!! The queso dip was good. Ceviche was probably one of the best we’ve had including ones we had in Mexico! Chile rellano was dry and tacos were ok. We would dine here again over other places in GJ!
