Very trendy...uses locally distilled spirits, local brews, and local wines. Difficult to identify spirits, limited tasting offers. Food was very good. The menu starts with lighter fare and graduates to full entrees.

When we visit Grand Junction, we make a point to eat at Bin 707. My daughter and her husband live in Grand Junction and it's their favorite restaurant. The food is always great and so is the service. If you want a quiet, intimate setting, Bin 707 is NOT for you. If you want good food, great service, and a... More

My wife and I were in Grand Junction for the weekend. Everyone said Bin 707 was excellent so I had to try it out. We had heard about the creative menu so when I asked a local what she liked the most and she responded "The Burger" I was confused. We understood Bin 707 was more upscale than ....a burger... More

We live in Paonia (about 75 miles from GJ) and have now gone out of our way to make the drive to eat ath Bon 707. The food is delicious, mostly local, inventive and unpretentious. The service is great even though every time we go its super busy. Cant speak highly enough of this super cool place!

Bin 707 is a MUST every time I visit Grand Junction. The burger and bloody mary's here are the best in town. The menu is full of quality, local items with unique flair and yup, they are ALL delicious. The wait staff/bartenders are extremely knowledgeable about what they are serving, and passionate about it as well. Part of the experience... More

Went here with local friends based on their recommendation and we were delighted with the creative menu and preparation. The service was also superb, as was the overall atmosphere. Will definitely return on our next trip to GJ.

Seriously get the fried artichoke hearts and you may turn right around and order another plate of them, they are fantastic! We also had the pork tacos and they were good for sure. I went with the fried chicken that was served lightly fried and with a sweet corn and spicy sauce. Very good dish but my girlfriend had the... More

I had a pick-your-own-cheese plate, and it was yummy. I chose goat, sheep, and cow. It was recommended by the waiter, who was very good. The homemade pickled veggies are an extra treat I didn't expect. I sat outside under the lights, it was very pleasant. I'd go again. Added bonus, there were NO children there.

No one has a better hamburger in town! Love the atmosphere. You can't pass up the crack pie. Meat and cheese selection is awesome.
