Best meal in a restaurant in some time. Had salmon with fingerling potatoes, black sesame seeds with a sweet pea puree- outstanding. Had the peach cobbler for dessert. Peach season in Colorado. Large portion- delicious. Attentive service.Lively, friendly atmosphere.

Excellent selection of food and drinks. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Bartender was very well versed on the drink menu and the food menu. He offered several suggestions since I was so indecisive. The pumpkin tortilla soup was incredible and I hate pumpkin anything.

We had a group of 12 and sat two tables of six. It got a little confusing for the server, but she handled it all right. The food was okay, I ordered the snapper and it was good, it included an onion and egg plant relish that was more like a scoop of baby food. My husband ordered the pork... More

We ate here several years ago and loved it. When we found ourselves back in Grand Junction with friends, the first thing on our list was to return to Bin 707 for another fabulous meal. We had three appetizers- fried artichoke hearts (my favorite), fried cauliflower (good) and decided to be adventurous and try the fried pigs ears. What a... More

Tired - Hungry - Just wanted to grab some food and go back to the hotel. Then **BOOM** excellence! Wow! I'm not into the hip bar scene, so I was a little wary when I first walked in, but the staff made me feel instantly welcome! Excellent people! When I got back to the room and bit into my burger... One of the best (and certainly unique) meals I have experienced in the USA. Each course was a surprise, with unexpected ingredients coming together for a unique and perfectly cooked dish. Portion sizes were perfect (not too much) and the presentation stunning. In the UK the food would be rated high-end fine dining although the ambience (a little too noisy... More

Bin 707 utilizes local farms to create a yummy dining experience. Everything that I have ordered has been so good and their hamburgers are the best! Everything tastes fresh and the presentation is always exceptional. I hear the drinks are really good if you enjoy a good drink, but I, being a non-drinker, LOVE the sweet mint iced tea! Even... We had dinner on a Sunday evening. The combined bar and restaurant was busy with a great atmosphere. The tables are close together and it was noisy. I had the tempura artichoke hearts appetiser, which was excellent. My lamb entree was good, but not very tender. The wines are expensive, our $40 bottle was one of the cheapest but very... More
