First and foremost, Sammi is the best waitress I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. But further, the food is amazing. The atmosphere is great and I would highly recommend going here if you’re ever in this area.

Wife and I shared the guacamole. It was good but could have used more seasoning. Then we shared the Dexter's A1 burger and it was delicious! It had onion straws, blue cheese, bacon and A1 sauce. It was really good, as were the house made...chips that came with it. I also had a local IPA. The burger made it a good meal. The service was fine. We'll be here another week, so we'll be back.More

4 of us went to Maverick’s for dinner after visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The waiter was professional and accurate. The food was excellent. The four of us had four different meals.

We ate at Mavericks last evening for the first time. It will definitely be our last time! I ordered a cocktail and we had to ask for it four times before they finally brought it. Our mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. The side salad...was limp and some of the lettuce was brown. My husband ordered a soft drink and we had to remind the waiter twice. The sirloin steak was thin and tasteless. We were seated at table close to the bar and many of the bar patrons were extremely drunk..Shouting and cussing and hideous loud laughter. One woman at the bar kept screaming "Shots! Who wants to buy SHOTS!" She did this several times throughout the evening. The same drunk woman got off her stool and started dancing next to the tables where people were trying to have dinner. She did this at least 3 times. I glanced at the other people trying to eat and everyone was cringing. However, the bartender and servers either laughed at her or just ignored her.More

We ate here twice. I had a Crispy Chicken Salad both times because it was so good the first time. There were 4 Chicken strips on it the first time and two big fat ones the second time. My friend really liked both of his...meals too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I think it was the best restaurant in Granby that we ate at.More

We had Maverick's wild game meatloaf and patty melt, along with their homemade potato chips. All were excellent, with the patty melt one of the best I've ever tasted. I was glad we ordered the meatloaf with gravy on the side; the meatloaf was way...too good to smother with just okay gravy. We'll be back when we come back up for the amazing XC skiing in the area.More

We have been going to Mavericks for years. My husband and I usually split a meal here and most restaurants. We ordered the patty melt which came out on 2 plates with a pickle and wilted lettuce. Got the bill $22 for a patty melt...and 2 waters!! Asked the waitress about the $7.00 split charge we never incurred before. , she said it has always been that way???? They have lost our business..we will go to Debbie's and split a burger and fries for $10.00.More

Pros: staff friendly and efficient, food was good, plenty of parking. Cons: food prices were very expensive, the table was too low and not balanced. This restaurant was 30% higher than any other restaurant in town.

We ordered salads which were delicious! They have televisions available to watch football. The server was very nice.

Yummy spent day at hot springs and didn’t feel like getting all fluffed up for dinner. Boy we made the perfect choice! The French dip and house made chips wonderful, he had meatball sub and loved it ! We went here for lunch. I had a burger which was good and fried pickles. My wife was not very hungry so she ordered the green chili. We enjoyed it but it was nothing special. Service was great.
