We've eaten here a few times when we come into Grand County because we really like the atmosphere, the friendly service, and the variety of food options. They have a decent wine and cocktail selection and are one of the more trendy places in the county outside of Winter Park. We will be back.

We've eaten here in the past and decided to stop for lunch on a weekday. There were many empty tables, but the hostess told us that there would be at least a 20-30 minute wait because they only had one cook. Altho we appreciated the heads-up, due to the uncertainty, we decided to eat elsewhere.

the menu made me drool...sounded excellent. But I was disappointed as all of the dishes lacked seasoning. Everything was very bland. We had the flaming cheese, wedge salad, spinich, feta phylo dish and lamb pops. How can a wedge salad be bland...but it was. Such a shame as it all had such great potential. It is a very pleasant place... More

This was our first time here and the atmosphere was casual and warm. (This is a historic building so that's always a plus!) The cuisine leans to Greek food and so I had the souvlaki which was nicely seasoned and served with a side salad. Here's a plus, (sort of unique), each entre is served on a different plate. So,... I have tried this place a couple of times, and both times the service was super slow - we waited for over 30 minutes to get a cup of soup, half sandwich, gyro and another sandwich. When it finally came out the flavor was okay, but the fries were cold. The place looks cool from the outside, but the chairs... More

The Brickhouse 40 was s breath of fresh air . The menu was varied. I enjoyed the chefs special, pork medallions, fresh veggies and mashed potatoes. Fantastic

We are here for lunch. The beer was great. If you like dark beer, go for the 1554. I had the berry salad (I'm veggie and there weren't many options). Let me just say that one should never put frozen berries in a salad. Thank you for the 5 frozen strawberries two of which had fermented. The blueberries may have... More

We tried to go to Mavericks but the place was packed and over an hour wait so we walked down to the Brickhouse. The place was also packed but we sat in the bar area and really enjoyed. We had the Pita Platter and our mains included Mousaka, a Steak Burger and a salad and all were great. The service... More

If you're looking for a place to eat without long lines, head down the road to Granby and check out this place. Good food and ample seating indoors and on the patio. Our waitress was good but sometimes the service was slow but we were in no hurry. The patio backs up to a parking lot with a view of... More

My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at Brickhouse 40. We had the Greek salad and Flank Au Pouivre and a bottle of red wine. The food was fresh, flavorful and nicely presented. The service was efficient and friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant for an upscale dining experience in Granby.
