We were looking for a place for lunch - and decided to try Polanka's. Good food - we would have seasoned the breaded pork some more - but very tasty and a fair price. Restaurant has a European feel to it and owner is friendly.

I have never been to a Polish restaurant, and now Polanka will make it tough to go anywhere else. Truly amazing food in a family style setting. The place is small, but was able to accommodate our family of 10. If you are looking for the real deal this is the best pick.

Polanka is an understated restaurant in an old building across from the Hotel Colorado and hot springs. You might miss it but don't! The restaurant appears to be authentic and run by the Polish folks from the area. We had the combination plate which fives you a great mix of savory and tasty food: cabbage roll, wonderful polish sausage and... More

I have been searching for good polish food for years. This place has been on my list to try for the last two years and I was finally able to make it! It was GREAT! The seasoning was on point. Sauerkraut perfect balance of sour and savory. Pierogi was crispy and light and delicious! It's a must stop when in... More

Small family owned place. The menu isn't very big but it had all the traditional Polish choices to pick from. We just had the Pierogis and they were delicious!

This is a small, mom and pop type restaurant Was excited to get authentic potato cakes. Unfortunately they were over cooked. My husband got the pierogis and felt they were rather tasteless. It was very busy while we were there and I am sure the cook and 1 staff person were a little overwhelmed. Would like to go back and... More

I never had Polish food before but was intrigued by all the fantastic Yelp reviews. I have been misled by Yelp before, especially in small towns but this did not disappoint. My wife was immediately excited when we walked into the place and saw it is run by a mom and her son (in-law it turns out). These are our... More

We go to Polankas whenever we drive through Glenwood. If you grew up on this kind of food it will feel like going home to eat here. Have tried the whole menu and love it all! If your lucky the soup of the day will be Borcht... Heaven in a bowl! Must eat here!

Stopped here for a little dinner. Had the Pierogies and potato pancakes. Both were very good. Not the best I ever had, but pretty good for Glenwood Springs.

We serve the best homemade polish cuisine this side of Chicago. All food is made to order, served hot, and made by our own polish cooks. Parking is available both in the front of the resturaunt and behind. Seating is limited but takeout is also available for people on the go.
