Having previously visiting the establishment during the daytime we decided to try an evening visit. We were not dissapointed and the place was packed out. I booked a table for 4 the day before and on arrival, they denied a booking was made. I showed the senior staff member the time I rang from my phone but still persisted I made no reservation. We were having a verbal disagreement but...kept calm as the restaurant was full, and this is when I was asked for a booking reference. I couldn’t help but laugh when this was requested as I have never been given a booking reference for a restaurant. Once threatened with a bad TripAdvisor review, the member of staff wanted to get his phone out and record us. We left the restaurant and went to the neighbouring Italian Job (which was great and highly recommended). A couple of weeks later I rang back to reserve a table and guess what? No booking reference was given!! Even when I explained our past experience he denied any mention of a reference number!! I would have accepted it if they were honest and held their hands up and said, we messed up, sorry their is no available table but the way they made excuses and treated us like we were in the wrong is inexcusable. There is no way I would go to that restaurant again, there are better ones in Urmston!!More

New place , when you walk in it take your breath away,the decor is magnificent, food top notch, its spotless an faultless

We had the 2 course deal for £19.99, the mixed grill was a popular choice in the restaurant, we saw plenty of them coming out! We chose the mixed grill and sizzling chicken. Very good portions, tasted gorgeous as always. Great value, lovely food and...fantastic service. Love eating here.More

Amazing value for money. Love the decor and great atmosphere. Alex made us the best ever mojitos. They don't do the two course deal during December but still worth going and easy parking fairly close by.

Went here on our works Christmas do. Fantastic food, very tasty and reasonable portions. It was very busy and the staff were very friendly. There was entertainment with a belly dancer and a disco later on. The atmosphere was great and would recommend for a...living night out, with good food.More
