This place is serving very good breakfast with real bread not cheap American toast bread. It’s very good and served very nice. Tip for owner, cook with beard should wear a beard protection

It's said that good things come in small packages. So true for Bread and Salt! A unique breakfast start to the day serving both tourists and locals. Good food, good service, good prices.

I ate at a few spots while staying in Frisco and this was aby far my favorite. The menu is wonderful with traditional dishes as well as some fun new things (I had the egg white scramble with zucchini and sweet potato). The whole grain bread is made on site and the eggs are locally sourced. Bread is served with homemade strawberry jam. The coffee was delicious and I was offered a to go cup of coffee when I left. Friendly service and a nice outdoor patio.

We had a good breakfast here but it wasn’t really much of anything to write home about. Their eggs had a creamy texture and the homemade wheat bread was nice, too. There was a long wait so the host referred us to their sister restaurant across the street (Bagali’s) that serves the same breakfast. There was still a bit of a wait there, but the restaurant was less crowded at least.

We had a late breakfast ( around 10 am) We ordered around 10:15 and still didn't have our food by 10:45 We ask if they lost the order since several people that came after us had been served already. The waitress said the kitchen was " backed up". We finally were served at 11:00. The food was okay but nothing special. We would not go back...

We wanted a breakfast out. We arrived near 10 AM and we’re seated quickly. We each had an amazing breakfast on the sidewalk patio. The service was acceptable. The coffee was not the best I have had. The SEA scramble was great and the hash browns cooked perfectly My wife has the pancakes which were excellent as well. They offer real maple syrup and that is not common.

We popped in to Bread+Salt for a late breakfast/early lunch. My husband and I brought 3 teenage boys before a whitewater rafting trip. The stacks of Nutella and strawberry pancakes for 2 boys and 1 stack of French toast was what they needed to fill their stomachs. Giant portions of delicious food. My husband and I both ordered the eggs Benedict. The poached eggs were perfectly prepared. Really loved this restaurant! Sat next to a man that eats there everyday! Please note… this is the Buena Vista location. There is not a separate Trip Advisor for that location.

Stopped in Frisco for breakfast and we considered three options. All sounded great, but we settled on Bread + Salt on the first interaction with the hostess. What a great staff and the food was about as good as it could be. Although just a bit cool we opted for the patio and couldn’t have picked a better place. Despite being downtown we had mountain views (most of them anyway), not crowded and not noisy. The S.E.A Scramble had the best scrambled eggs!! The salmon was generous, but not overpowering the medley of flavors in the eggs. Pair any scramble with a side of apple smoked bacon and a cup of coffee and your morning can’t get much better. I don’t make it to the mountains often enough and dislike overpriced, underwhelming food in a stuffy place - thankfully none of that was the case at Bread + Salt. If you enjoy great food, thoughtful and amazing staff, and a thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere, you will appreciate your experience at Bread + Salt. Have fun!

The truffle scramble is stupid good. The service is fantastic. The manager owner went out of her way to make us feel special. My friend recommended this place ……so we tried it and it just blew all expectations out of the water. I thought I was having breakfast but ended up being the highlight of the day. Well. Done.

This is one of the best meals we had in frisco /Breck. The pork Benedict is delicious - perfect balance of flavors. We also had the pancakes, burger and salmon omelet. You can't go wrong here! They have a great deck with awesome views too!

We came on a Sunday morning & it was packed! You know it’s good when there’s a kind almost out the door! We came in the side door, which is near the chalkboard to write your name down & how many in your party. It’s a small restaurant, but they did a good job of cranking everyone through. We were seated fairly quickly for how many people were waiting. They had water on our table before we even sat down & took our drink order right away. Their menu has a wide variety to choose from. Their coffee is amazing - such good flavor! They took our order quickly as well. Of course we had to try the monte christo sandwich - oh so good. We asked for a side of fruit & it was a large portion of fresh grapes & big beautiful blackberries! I had the omelet, which was filled with my fixings & very good. The server was very attentive. The gentleman that came around filing up the coffee was very attentive. I dropped my knife & he was there so quickly to pick it up! The food was excellent. The service was excellent. I would definitely return!

Stopped in for lunch on a weekday in late August, and sat on the outdoor patio with our dog. Tables are pushed so close together it was almost dangerous. We always bring our own collapsible dog bowl and water (thank goodness). They had a bowl with some water nearby that was actually growing slime in it. Not very appetizing to even have to look at during our dining experience… I wanted to order the pesto grilled cheese sandwich (menu showed it came with mustard). I asked for it without the mustard, as I cannot eat mustard. I was told no changes were allowed to any menu items, that the “chef” wouldn’t allow it. Maybe the chef has a superiority complex, or maybe he’s actually a short order cook, serving up pre-made microwave meals that can’t be altered. This lack of respect and service shows zero regard for customers. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. I wasn't asking for some extreme change. I ordered a seasonal salad instead. Didn’t dare request the dressing on the side…. The descriptions highlight was it came with palisade peaches (yum). It had three small pieces of peach in it, about the size of my pinky fingernail. Don’t waste your time or money supporting an establishment that doesn’t value its customers. There are too many other places to try in Frisco.

Perfect menu with variety but not too much. Both lunch dishes came out perfect! We sat outside and there is truly no better outdoor space on Main Street. It’s so nice that waiting for a table was pretty long. They could have used one more waiter/bus person but it seems everyone in town is a bit understaffed. The kitchen was really quick though. Best quality of food on Main Street for lunch.

This restaurant was recommended to me. We were a party of four placed at a table that was really only big enough for 2 people. It was a very average breakfast, small portion of eggs and hash browns were fried in what tasted like old cooking oil. The latte was ok, not great. I did not think this meal was value for money and then when paying with my card I was asked to give 20%, 25% or 30% tip. That is waaaay over the top in my opinion.
