Love the concept of having their samples brought to the table so that you can pick your order. Food was wonderful and the flavors are spot on. Enjoy a beignet for sure!

This ain't your Colorado Cajun place. This is Louisiana-style Cajun located in the beautiful state of Colorado. Never had anything bad. The chicken & sausage gumbo, red beans & rice and boudain balls are delicious. If you're looking for some authentic food with a little kick, then you've found the right place!

After some good shopping in Frisco on Main street, we stopped in for beer and benyas around lunch time. Delicious mini benyas come in a basket to share. They also have a sampler board where you can sample various items on the menu. This restaurant also serves dinner. Our friends went back for dinner and really enjoyed their meal. I... More

My husband, 10 year old son, and I ate here for lunch last week, while visiting Frisco for the day. Despite the small quarters (it was about to rain so outside section was not open), the food and service were great! Loved the 6 cup sampler (small cups on a wood plank) that was brought out and they are labeled... More

Having only eating here once before, I happened to be in Frisco working. I remember how great it was a year ago. Ordered the Po-boy sandwich with their homemade potato salad. They have six sauces that they let you taste prior to placing your order.

Great Cajun food and atmosphere. Loved the sampler tray and the Abita beer! Have to come back later for incredible beniets! The crawfish rotifer is fantastic!

The most recent of multiple visits, and never disappoints. The food is authentic Cajun and the atmosphere is unique and laid-back. Seating is limited, but it is worth the wait.

We were given 6 small cups of gumbo to sample prior to ordering. Made a nice appetizer. I had 4 pieces of fried catfish and a garden salad. Lot of food for me. The fish was very good and crispy.
