On a whim, we stopped by for a quick snack on a Saturday afternoon. After a short wait, a lovely gentleman cleared a table and sat us on the patio; we watched him wear many hats, turned out he was the owner, host and cleared...tables in this tough time of finding staff. We enjoyed the veggie tacos and they were amazing. Delanie, our waitress, was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. A great experience!!More

Dinner for two. We insisted sitting outside. He had the trout. I had the steak and shrimp. Each cooked perfectly. Service was impeccable. Thank you for an amazing dinner.

Once again, I needed my trout fix in the mountains. Fifth Avenue Grille did not disappoint. Started with Bison Empanadas that were excellent. Caesar salad was very good. Trout was excellent. Service was first class from Crystal who seated us to Rachael, our server. All...in all, a great place to eat in downtown Frisco.More

Restaurant seemed nice. Waiter acted bored or disinterested. Ribeye special was bad. Why cover a good piece of meat with some bad sauce? Because it was not a good piece of meat. Fatty, tough, grizzly. I've spent a lot less for better steaks. Is this...a new owner or cook? Waiter told us of 3 or 4 desserts. We chose 1 ( cheese cake with blueberries) After waiting for the dessert he comes over and said it wasn't blueberries but some Carmel. Doesn't a server know what the specials are?? On the bright side he didn't charge us for the small slice of cheesecake. A burger or chicken sandwich would have been better.More

A very small space for the number of happy hour fans. But the bartender was great as well as the dinner server. I had the curry mussels and it was interesting. But good. I certainly will go back for, happy hour!

Really really really good happy hour menu. I would eat the Brussels sprouts every day forever. The drink options were spot on. Great location and ambiance. Highly recommend.

Upscale restaurant in the heart of Frisco. Reservations recommended as seating is limited and it seems to be a popular place that caters to those seeking a romantic night out or those accustomed to above average pricing. My braised lamb short ribs were well imagined...and decently prepared as was the polenta, and my wife’s filet was good as well, if not a little under-seasoned. The wine menu was decent. Nothing about the meal was outstanding except for our waitress (Emily?), but the food was solid.More

Went out to dinner with my teenager and my mom and not one complaint!!! My mom is very picky (her words not mine) and she ate her food faster than I did! We were all really pleased with the food, drink, service, and ambience. I...got the salmon, my mom got the filet, and my son got a burger. My son tried some of my kale and decided that he likes kale now!More

My husband and I are locals and we like to come for Sunday eve happy hour and dinner when the weather is nice and sit in the street where there is sun and views of the mountains (we like the addition of the Promenade!). While...the food and service are consistently good, the host was very rude to us last night. We come on the slow nights and this being Monday night of the holiday weekend, it was a slow night as all the tourists had headed home. About 1/3 of the tables on the promenade area were full and 2/3 empty. When I asked if we could sit in one of the smaller tables in the sun, we were asked to sit in a two top in the shade so he could save the sunny tables for bigger parties. When I said that I did not to be in shade (too cold) and that we preferred a table in the sun (of which there were plenty) the host finally acquiesced with an audible sigh and proceeded to slam the menus on the table. The interaction ruined my evening. The only other tables he sat in the sun the entire evening were couples which he happily sat at the bigger 4 and 6 top tables. Not sure what happened there, but that kind of rudeness really leaves a bad taste in the mouth and not sure we will be back anytime soon, may need to try a new Sunday-night restaurant on Main Street.More

I love ordering trout in the mountains. This trout dish did not disappoint. The Caesar salad was very good as was the soup of the day (Manhatten Salmon chowder). Our server, Zach, was excellent.

We both enjoyed the Saltimbocca. Delicious and truly moist. There were many outside tables to dine at comfortably. They also have a nice selection of local craft beers to enjoy.
