Visiting friends in Ft Collins they chose CooperSmith. Great choice. 2 friends ordered the craft beer, I had chardonnay. Our waitress was wonderful. I had the Highland Cottage Pie. The crust was nice and flakey and the flavor of the lamb and veggies in the wonderful gravy was incredible . Other friends ordered the Portabella sandwich, fish and chips and... More

Great brewhouse and restaurant. Delicious Bangers & Mash, beer cheese soup, and local brews. I've ate there for lunch and diner with family, friends, and colleagues. I've never been less than satisfied. They participate in local charities as well. They also offer great views on the front or rear patios.

We wanted a nice, local pub, that was NOT a chain. The parking is not good, being downtown, but a couple block walk is normal. We got there around 1:00 and were greeted right away. We chose to eat outside and soak up some atmosphere. The service usually seems to suffer with outside service, but not here! We got great... More

We were in town on vacation and stayed just outside of old town, so we were frequent visitors of the restaurants and bars in old town. CooperSmith's was our stop for dinner our first night in town. They have a great menu, lots of options to choose from. Of course the beer selection if great as well. We sampled their... More

Nice selection of beer and the four of us liked the pub food. But, it took an hour to get our food. Nice setting in downtown Fort Collins with many outside tables.

We visited during a beautiful September 2016 week. Our agenda included checking out the different craft breweries. I enjoyed Coopersmiths Oktoberfest - one of the best I've had. We had looked at their menu online before arriving and anticipated what we have. We found out that they have two buildings separated by a walkway and each has some of their... More

This place was great. We got flights of their beer and we were not disappointed. Food was great! Wish we could have tried more if the food. Will definitely be back.

Walking around old town and just stopped in. We had the half sandwich (Hobgobbler) , Walnut Chicken salad and tomato mushroom soup. All excellent, great service. We did not sample the beer.

The beer selection at CooperSmith's is fantastic, ranging from Kolsch to Stout. We had two tasting trays, each different and liked every beer. Even better, the Reuben sandwich was toasted with just the right amount of sauce to bring out the wonderfulness of the meat, cheese, and kraut. The grilled salmon BLT was also delicious.
