I love this place. It's dark with low ceilings and lots of cowboys. The pork chops are delicious. So are the mashed potatoes. The peanut butter pie is out of this world. I love the Chex in the salad too. I want to go there right now!

Family owned and run for many years! This little gem is a MUST DO for steak dinner while you're in town. Don't miss it! We had a fabulous meal. LOVED our steak dinners!! The atmosphere was so calm! No music playing to annoy you. The surroundings are set up so that you're cozy, but not in each other's space. We... More

I would've probably never tried Charco Broiler if it hadn't been for a friend's suggestion. My wife and I usually stay near College when we visit the area. Our steaks were cooked as ordered, nice waitress and decent wine choice. Gluten free choices also. This restaurant should be rated hire and is worth the drive of a few minutes off... More

We ate here for dinner and again for breakfast the following day. The service was great, we were greeted & seated immediately. The server was very friendly and and attentive to our needs. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The place has some very interesting decor and is a "blast from the past" so to speak.

We visited on a Wednesday for lunch. It always looks busy from the outside. Lots of parking. Portions are generous and pricing is moderate. Steak and french onion soup was great, salmon salad was ok, but this is a steak place. Food from kitchen was slow but waitress was attentive.

Visiting family in Fort Collins. They suggested going to the Charco Broiler for a good Hamburger. The wait staff were very friendly, was not crowed for lunch on a Tuesday, maybe 5 tables of guests and one group of 7 or so people. This place did have a GF-Gluten Free Menu that covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lunch section... More

Been coming here since the 70's. Food is reasonably priced and you can tell many locals eat here. Room for large groups. Steaks are cooked to perfection.

Friends we were staying with in Fort Collins recommended Charco Broiler so we gave it a go. It doesn't look much from the outside, and gives the distinct impression that it's something of a locals place when you enter. But the service was welcoming and our party of 10 was soon seated and enjoying our pre-dinner drinks. The menu is... More

Came here because of reviews on trip advisor. I had the chicken tenders, which were ok. Husband had steak sandwich, it was just a really thick cut 4 inch round piece of steak with two pieces of bread, hardly a sandwich. Daughter had spaghetti, she said it was pretty much tasteless, very plain. Service was good. If we go back... More
