We LOVE this place! The edamame veggie gyozas are SO good - we always get some as an appetizer. Our son loves the vegetarian bento box and we love the veggie sushi. Everything is fresh and beautifully prepared and presented.

It had been a while since I'd eaten at Mt. Fuji (there was a new menu), but it was as good as my previous dining here. I had the chicken maki combo box - which comes with miso soup and salad ahead of the meal. I usually forget (and did again) to ask for the dressing on the side. The... More

Our kids took us here for dinner and we tried quite a few of their items and everything was good. The Sesame Chicken and the sushi choices were great! Stop by and enjoy

It's been a LONG time since I've been here but I find the place still the same and maybe a bit better. It was a Sunday so I was surprised at the emptiness of the place although it was very early in the evening. I had the entire sushi bar to myself and the chefs were very attentive asking if... More

There so many great places to have sushi in Fort Collins, but this place still stands out for me. Sure, there are restaurants with more elaborate dining atmospheres. But if you really care about the quality of your fish, I can't recommend any other sushi joint as highly as I do Mt. Fugi. Lunch is quite a bit cheaper, so... More

The food was so so good and my whole family enjoyed it! But... After the meal everyone in my family had horrible stomach pain. Unfortunately we're all a little afraid to go back.

Took my wife here for a romantic dinner on our way down to Denver to catch a baseball game or two. Sushi was very good with a fairly good selection. I would definitely recommend this place.

Mount Fuji was one of our favorites when we lived here and we revisited today. Still very good sushi, and other asian dishes. Great rolls and super variety. We went for lunch and had a roll and bento box with Lemon Grass Shrimp..MMMMM The dinner menu has a more extensive list including sashimi boats and steaks and combos! Give it... More

We thought we would try Mt. Fuji. It was horrible service. Hubby had a rice bowl. They used Brown rice. He did not care for it. The shrimp he said was good but chicken like rubber. I had a Sushi plate combo. The sashimi was okay and a Spider roll that kept falling apart. The service was horrible and they... More

I finally got around to trying this place after receiving a LivingSocial deal, and I'm REALLY glad that I did! Overall, great food and nice experience! As others have mentioned, it was definitely a very leisurely dinner due to slower service, but at least the servers were incredibly nice. I tried one of their combo boxes and was bowled over...
