The Rainbow Restaurant has been preparing delicious meals and treats for many years. An exploration of vegetarian foods that are full of flavor and nutrition awaits. The owners have followed nutrition research for complete protein dishes and implemented their gourmet meals and delicacies in many delightful ways.

Brunch was greatly enjoyed by our foursome today. The French toast, omelettes, egg dishes were enjoyed by all. Water and coffee were refilled often. Great teamwork was observed by the wait staff. Patrons were allowed to linger, if they so desired. Yet those appearing to be a bit in a hurry were equally accommodated. Although in the low 60's this... More

Great salads and relaxing outdoor seating. Service was very good, despite it being during busy lunch time. Their ginger ale is amazing too!

This is a good place to have a special breakfast or brunch. The food is really good and done with their own twist. The service is as good as the food as well. We were lucky to meet one of the owners and found her to e delightful. They have a good following of regular locals.

We ate here before we said goodbye to our CSU first year daughter. Lots of appetizers and some half portion lunch entrees were enough for us. The fact that they will do half portions was definitely a bonus!

I truly loved this place! The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. They had a cute little herb garden on their patio. Also, great place for vegan and vegetarian options. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Fort Collins.

Great little restaurant close to the CSU campus. Friendly servers, great food, and a wonderfully shaded outdoor dining area make this a must try.

We've eaten here twice and have enjoyed our meals both times. It is nice to go out for a meal and have it taste really good while being high quality, real food. They have items for meat eaters as well as vegans and vegetarians and they have many gluten free options as well. The first time we dined here my... More

My favorite restaurant in Fort Collins thus far. The quality and quantity of the food exceeded my expectations. I had the Ali Baba lettuce wrap with fruit and it was outstanding. This is an excellent place to eat healthy.

So much food for a very reasonable price. The food here is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our favs are the Burrito, Ali Baba, the peanut cashew chicken entree, and the nachos. Staff are well trained, friendly, and attentive. Of the three meals ordered today for lunch, we took two 1/2 meals home planning to enjoy the leftovers for lunch... More
