This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I loved the ambiance! There was live relaxing music being played by the bar area, and the staff was really warm & welcoming. The mixed drinks were strong, and the food was excellent! I got the pork chop, and it was insane. Potentially the best I've ever had. Great presentation with... More

Really friendly place to go and eat, went as part of large group and the food was enjoyed by everyone. Great menu and really attentive staff made it a fantastic dinner. Highly recommended.

We're here often, whether it's for food and drinks or just drinks and an app. We're monumental fans of their martinis (although I'm sad to say their espresso martini is not nearly as delicious anymore because their former lead bartender left for another place and took her recipes with her). At any rate, love the jazz music love everything they... More

I had a date with my bf here for his birthday. The atmosphere was good just a bit loud because live music was played. We did love the jazz show later. The musicians were excellent at their instruments. Food wise, I ordered mixed grill which was super good. The meat was tender and rich in flavors. The price of the... More

Food quality was acceptable but overpriced. Drinks great and fairly priced at happy hour. Small plates/Tapas were truly small not at all the good value you get compared to say Biaggis in Loveland's happy hour that has comparable quality appetizers at less than half the price.

I attended an event here with about 30 participants. There was a speaker and we had a private room. The service was excellent and the food was good. I'm not aware of all the planning details, but I thought this place did a fine job of hosting the group for lunch.

A large space divided in small sections for privacy. From table settings to service to food there is no reason to complain. We were eight people at the table, the restaurant was full and they served all orders at the same time, properly warm. Grand style, but friendly. We all had different items and we were all more than satisfied.... More

I had been a consistent and enthusiastic client of the original's Jay's Bistro for over 10 years. After Jay and Jackie sold to the new owners I thought they would continue the tradition or at least maintain the quality and ambiance for which the original J's had provided to the Fort Collins community. After visiting the "New" Jay's Bistro, I... More

After reading on Tripadvisor about restaurants in the Ft. Collins downtown area, Jay's Bistro stood out as a nice place for a family lunch after graduation; a good rating with a certificate of excellence award too. The food was at best "average" and overpriced for the quality served.

We stopped in for some tapas and a drink. The tapas were first rate, especially the crab and shrimp cake. A pianist provided great entertainment in the background and his music was not overbearing as is frequently the case with musicians. I/we highly recommend this place. Good food, good drinks, good wait staff, good entertainment.
