We weren't sure what to expect here, but ended up spending much longer than we intended. Interesting and diverse cheeses. Nice selection of meats, nuts, olives, etc. The wine list could be improved, but it was good enough to add to the enjoyment.

This was our first visit and it certainly did not disappoint. It has its own unique niche with the cheeses, meats, olives and breads/crackers. It was a relaxing and cozy environment. The wait staff was attentive and helpful but definitely not hovering, thankfully!

The Welsh Rabbit Bistro, Ft Collins CO. My wife and I had been to this small intimate bistro about 4 years ago and really enjoyed it. We even considered it as one of the top places we had eaten. And we lived in Europe and...More

We were a group of four friends and thought we might have a bit of trouble deciding on which cheeses by the ounce on the first page or two of the menu, so took the easy way out and ordered the largest platter. We added...More

OK, mixed feelings about this place... First, the staff was friendly and helpful. Second, the idea of a simple Sausage, Cheese and Bread meal is great. Where it fell apart for me was the prices. The value of quantity vs price is low. Almost shockingly...More

We tried this restaurant at lunch time and we really appreciated their cheese selections as well as their other side selections. They have a wide variety of cheese from different countries.

The menu selections are so unusual, it's just fun deciding what to have. Everything we had was delicious, my favorite was the welsh rarebit. I love the wine flights also. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming and the wait staff knowledgeable and helpful

Simple but wonderful. A wonder cheese and meat platter (with olives) as the popular platter. A three pour wine sampler and the goat cheese salad. Really European. Really wonderful.
