415 is a restaurant that my husband and I go to for special occasions. It's always busy, and seems to be a definite destination for foodies, so be prepared to wait. It's hard to rate the menu, when all I ever get is the chicken and waffles--I can't get off of it! If you are there with a group, be... More

9 of us showed up without reservations and the waitstaff quickly made room for us. We all ordered smaller plates and drinks. Everyone left very satisfied. Food was excellent as was the service. Grilled veggies were great. My only negative comment would be the noise level. It was hard to hear table conversation.

At 1:00 pm on a Friday, they were very busy. A little slow to clean off tables. The food was average. We tried the beet salad, pesto pizza, and a sandwich. It was nice to sit outside on a beautiful day but be prepared for the load train as it passes 50 ft away.

Sat out on the front patio, which is on Mason St. with the train tracks right adjacent. A train came past and it was quite loud of course, but that is Fort Collins, didn't ruin our meal one bit. The food was quite tasty. I had the shrimp and grits, best I've had since I left Atlanta. My wife had... More

I have a gluten and dairy sensitivity and this restaurant is the safest place I can eat. They have many flavor filled choices for me and my issues (which is unusual) and they get my order correct all the time. I feel comfortable and relaxed dining her and the food tastes great! My husband, who has no dietary issues, also... More

We took a friend here from out of town who is celiac. He had a great meal and felt very safe. The staff is well informed and skilled at explaining all the options, and we had more choice of gluten free items than any other restaurant I've been to here in Fort Collins. The quality of the ingredients was excellent,... More

I would recommend / would go back. Liked the varied choices on the menu and also the small plate offerings for our mixed party. The Pork chop was exceptional quality, juicy, delicious preparation and a good size. Vegetable options were many and the ones we tried were great. Seating was easy on a Friday night. Since other reviews were mixed,... More

Highly recommend the "When pigs fly" entree, there version of chicken and waffles. Go ahead and get the whole waffle with double syrup, if not you will wish you did. Sooo good. My wife loves the shrimp and grits and my son does the bacon mac and cheese. All are artfully done in a nice upscale casual environment. Several items... More

My sisters took me to restaurant 415 for an early birthday celebration. What a great place to enjoy some great food in a very pleasant atmosphere. We ordered the beet salad, grilled tofu with vegetables and mashed potatoes, and The Woodland pizza. For an appetizer we had brussels sprouts. Everything was extremely pleasing to the palate. For all that food... More

37 years in the kitchen and never tried shrimp and grits. My side salad was spot-on with homemade croutons. Lemon dressing was to die for! Cheesy grits were hot and yummy. Sautéed greens were Swiss Chard and Kale. Six large shrimp were cooked perfectly. Roasted red pepper sauce graced the dish for the final finish. I will be a regular... More
