This isn't the real deal. My dish was served with brown rice, a salad, and just half a piece of poorly-made injera. The dish I ordered, although wholesome and healthy, was tiny and tasteless in comparison to the three authentic ethiopian restaurants I've been to. Half the dishes feature kale and other non-ethiopian dishes. The restaurant doesn't even offer a... More

First of, everything on the menu is dairy free, and almost everything is gluten free. The food was delicious. I had the Ethiopian chicken, will definitely be back. Best restaurant in Fort Collins!

We were here for dinner and got the family meal (I can't recall exactly what it was called). The menu stated that you chose 5 entrees, your choice of either one appetizer or dessert, and your choice of coffee or tea. We ordered chicken and fish entrees. We were then told it had to be one chicken entree and one... More

I have been to Ras-Ka three or four times now and cannot get enough. I tell everyone I know to eat there and everyone echoes my enthusiasm. The food is delicious, fresh, and healthy. I eat mainly veggies and this restaurant devotes half of the menu to delicious vegan dishes that anyone would like. I've had the plantain, eggplant, mushroom... More

This is a tiny, colorful, quaint, family run Ethiopian restaurant. While the menu is limited, the food is quite good the the staff is friendly. I think they're all family. The only drawback is that the service is a bit slow but what they lack in efficiency they make up for in delicious, home cooked food, served with a warm... More

Was in town for a workshop at CSU and went to Ras Ka on the advice of one of the students. Had never tried Ethiopian food before and was looking forward to the experience. Atmosphere was relaxed and the service was helpful, explaining the dish options on the menu. I ordered the white fish, roasted yams and other vegetables -... More

Though the restaurant is small, it was recently remodeled and is a huge improvement from the previous space. It has nice decor and a lovely ambiance. The cook/owner is all smiles and is willing to make adjustments to meals according to the individual's preference (ie, add different sauces, mix in some veggies). She had made her own special tea brew... More

The food is delicious and I cannot begin to say how wonderful the staff was. The owner is incredibly hospitable and kind. It was an absolute pleasure to dine here. We were fortunate enough to get to sample a little bit of everything; the yam dishes were definitely a hit. I would also highly recommend the tea!

This spot never disappoints. The owner is incredibly hospitable and so very nice. We enjoyed a potabella dish, kale, chickpeas, chicken, and a side salad and all were amazing. The kale and potabella were my personal favorites, but I highly suggest you let her know of any dietary restrictions and then let her choose what she prepares. Everything was amazing,... More
