We were staying at the attached Armstrong hotel and ate here for dinner. The cocktails (sidecar and sazerac) were yummy. The food is good; I enjoyed the duck with polenta, but some of the other dishes were too spicy for me (chicken skewers and brick chicken).

Hidden below ground, this softly lit was the perfect way to end the day of travel . The friendly staff made excellent Manhattan drinks while live jazz played in the background. There are some wonderful looking local drink creations to try on another visit, a. Cinnamon/orange old fashioned and very innovative appetizers. This is Definitely on my list When I... More

We are staying at the Armstrong Hotel and wanted happy hour before dinner. Good drinks and a great cheese tray appetizer. Atmosphere is relaxing!

We had been to Ace's for a cocktail happy hour and wanted to come back for dinner. We had friends in town, and honestly, after disappointing service at Sxxxxl down the street, we picked up and left for Ace's. We were not disappointed we made the choice! First, our cocktails were excellent - I had the Wild Donkey and although... More

Had dinner here last night. Was worried it was too fancy for us but clientele wore everything from coat and tie to tshirts and flip flops. (Fort Collins is a very relaxed hippy bohemian hipster vibe where it seems to us anything goes dress wise and no one cares). Specialty drinks 9$, beers approx 4ish, apps like flat bread pizza... Ace Gillett's has a wonderful atmosphere and great service. We really enjoyed our meals (flatbread, pasta dish and a specialty dish). Each had wonderful flavor and the portion size was perfect. And quite reasonably priced! The chocolate souffle was outstanding. The only thing that would make it better would be a few vegetable options - I was looking for something... More

Gillett's is so cool! Great wine list. Food just dandy. Ordered a cheese and fruit tray and it took 2 of us to eat it all. Did not need anything else. Very tasty and just right for a quiet, live music night.

Totally wasn't expecting such a flourish of hospitality and vintage style drinks! What an awesome place to bring friends for a stylish get together, or a romantic dinner with your significant other. The drinks were delicious and the music was fabulous!
