We ate here for the first time last night and it was delicious. Our waiter was a local high school student who was very knowledgeable and made some random jokes to be a bit more approachable. The food was great! We enjoyed every bit of...it. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because the hostess station could have been a bit friendlier and because the lobby is so small we had to wait outside for sometime, even with our reservation. Some added benches outside would be nice.More

Went on a Friday evening. Be sure to book a reservations. Created your own entree was $29, with the choice of 3 meats. Unlimited veggies. Salad was $7 and 6 chocolate strawberries were $18. Pricey, but again fun experience. Service was great. Recommend trying at...least once.More

Ordered the great plate deal $25 for a salad, meat plate and chocolate fondue. Paid extra for the cheese, bread and veggie plate. Great service and cool experience on making your own meal. Highly recommend trying once. Keep in mind price can add up.

Normally not a huge fan of chains but I have always had such great service and a fun time at the Melting Pot in Fort Collins. The waiters are so friendly and attentive . The food is not amazing, but you go for the experience...and it always delivers. We will definitely continue to come back and support their fundraising efforts for Saint Judes.More

The service and food were great. We will definitely stop here again when we go back to FC. So much fun, especially for a couple.

My wife and I have been to the Melting Pot on several occasions. This time was to celebrate 2 of our Grandchildren's birthdays. This was their first time. They stated this was best dinner experience ever. The staff is always great but this is a...recognition of the exceptional serve we received from David. Professional, polite and fun. Thank you for making it more special David.More

Having not been for a while, we decided to come in to celebrate an anniversary. I use to frequent this location regularly 5+ years ago, back when they had an extensive wine list and wine sommelier (I miss Ty). So I was a little disappointed...when I realized they'd reeled things in a bit with the menu and the drinks. That being said, the food is still good (although things seem a lot more rushed than they use to... courses come out faster, which is great for restaurant profitability, but less great for the relaxed dining experience), the mixed drinks are delightful, and the staff they have right now... WOW!! Everyone we interacted with was on their game. We LOVED our server, Liv. She's the best. We even came back for cheese and chocolate a few weeks after because she made our night so special (and she managed to do it again the second time EVEN THOUGH SHE WASN'T OUR SERVER... she was just in the area and came by to say hello!). Much like I use to come because Ty the wine somm was awesome, we'll come back more often as long as Liv is on staff :)More

There was one thing about this restaurant that was wonderful: The whole concept of fondu and sharing and dipping and trying different varieties of sauces and ingredients was very fun. Certainly a welcome change from the traditional restaurant experience. Unfortunately I did not feel that...the food was good and it was very expensive for what it was. Additionally, it was so cold in the restaurant we had to wear our coats the whole time. We kept asking the waiters to turn up the heat but it did not seem that it was ever done. We had 2 fondu courses: first just a variety of ordinary cut up vegetables dipped in very thick cheese, then a variety of meats and shrimp with two different broths to cook them in. I did have fun, but the bill was a bit shocking. I give this an average rating because of the mediocre food, the price of the food and the discomfort of the cold which all really overwhelmed the novelty and enjoyment of the fondu experience.More

Wouldn't have been able to get in without a reservation, even at 4:30 on a Sunday! Quite the event sitting at a booth for six with two burners working through the four-course meal. Food was just okay, but service was superb and it was just...great fun! Little taste to the food and sauces were nothing memorable. Very expensive, no alcohol, but close to $400 for six . If food had knocked our socks off, we would definitely visit regularly. For now, will look forward to occasional dining for the super fun time.More

Not our first rodeo here. But every time is different and more special. These folks work hard. And it shows. Tonight we celebrated my wife’s birthday. Guys, they are so willing to help you create a memorable night. All you have to do is ask...them. Well worth the effort. You and your date, will leave happy, satisfied and so ready to enjoy the rest of your night together. Seriously. You will not be disappointed.More
